Hi.. Lst year i have taken out contact number for ro service for the company whose ro i am using and with the name of the company i got number of this liv care water solutions, thinking they might be partners i have called them for service. They have charged 10k for 4 yrs of amc and never picks up the call.. They are using the name of big companies like livpure, aquaguard etc as if they works with them and they address only the people who calls for service when i asked that lady that what about my amc, she asked that which company ro we are using and accordingly they give toll free no. Of that company where after calling we get to know that we dnt hv any such amc with them. Today i called an person on whose paytm account i have transferred 10k for amc and now he is telling that he no more works for this ro company.. I am sure he is bluffing.. I asked for any alternative no. Then he asked me to send bill on his whatsapp no. And then after he blocked my no.
We all should together file an complaint against these fraudster.

      Sir,

      I had taken a service contract of hindustan lever pureit ro water purifier
      With liv care water solutions for 3 years, paying rs 11, 500/- to them but after first service of csf candle change, they never came for regular servicing of the unit and now all their numbers are unreachable.

      We would like a refund of the amc contract made back to us.

      If somebody knows how to reach them, pls let me know.

        Fraudulent activities by

        Liv care water solutions, water purifier & ro service center,
        A-4/16, street no. 4, upper ground floor, bhajan pura, delhi.

        I had paid rs. 7000 cheque and rs. 3000 cash in the month of 26th july, 2018 for repair and maintenance for my pureit water filter to mr. Kapil, who claimed to be owner of business (Also he wrote it on the bill provided to us as kapil ji - owner [protected])

        He came to our house and

        1) they repaired the filter for temporary purpose

        2) it needed regular maintenance now (20th, jan, 2019) as we observed it stopped working completely.

        3) when i called the so called owner mr. Kapil, he says he was just an employee and left the job in the liv care company!! And says, if you need services, charges will be applicable rs. 300 + amount for any replacement of parts of product etc.

        4) kapil gives another contact number - mr. Rajeev who kapil says is the real owner but sometimes, he may not be available on phone.

        5) as expected, mr. Rajeev's mobile is switched off!!

        6) all other contact numbers are not working.

        7) as a customer, what option do i have to recover my hard earned money? I need my money back. I claim for refund. That's all i want. These kind of # loot public money all through the country and government has no mechanism to put a check to it. Not that i want to blame the government. I feel pity of even more poor people than me who lost their hardest earned monies. We should really have better accountability of business people to government that can solve these issues pretty well.

        In case some one is reading this complaint, keep it a policy in life that you resolve all technical problems of any product only and only through genuine costumer care numbers of that product.

          I did my amc for pureit ro with liv care water solutions in january 2018. They charged 10k rs for 3 years contract. Ro machine needs a kit change. I am trying to call on the numbers mentioned on the amc bill and all numbers are switched off.
          This is highly unethical practice. Look at other complaints as well, it appears that they just wanted to collect money by doing 3 years contract and now they have fled.

          This is a pure cheating and loot of hard earned money of customers. There should be a way to track such cons and get the money refunded to all the customers who have paid them in advance for three years showing trust in them.

          Please advise what action should we take next.
          They are bunch of idiots. Think customer as fool.
          I have taken amc for 5500 and they assured to give 4 free service and replacement of any defected part for one year. Neither they have come for the sevice nor anyone of their's number is working.

            I have taken one year amc of Rs. 5500/- for my RO water purifier from liv care water solutions. I have called them so many time but no one pick my call. Here is the number "[protected]" of that person who came to my home and take my money and after did not pick my call.
            I have also tried to call Liv Care Water Solutions but they also did the same to me. I am trying to call them since June 2018.

            Now i am not able to understand what action should i take and where to contact.

              I have taken amc for my ro water purifier for livpure from liv care water solutions, i have taken amc of rs.10000/-and now when i am calling them, all phones are switched off.

              I called live pure customer care. They are not taking responsibility for the same.

              (I) they offered me 3 year amc of rs.9500.

              Now i am not able to understand what action should i take and where to contact.

                Have a Pureit ultima RO. I called on hindustan unilever pureit customer care number for AMC and they provide me the Liv care water solution people number and said they are autherised service providers. When i called on given number ([protected]) some Balvendre picked the phone and he told me the same, so I took AMC of 3yrs of Rs. 9000/-. Now when I Need a service, I called Liv pure customer care they said my no. Is not registered and I don’t have a valid AMC. I was cheated by this company Hindustan Unilever and LIV CARE WATER SOLUTIONS.

                4 different numbers are mentioned on bill given by Balvinder and all are switched off since long.

                  Our kent ro was malfunctioning and we got kent ro customer care number from the internet. A technician came, liv care water solutions, took rs. 4300 for change of filter. Next day a different person came and changed the filter, but water did not come out of the filter. Since then we have been calling every day - to balwinder singh / shabnam and they say they will send someone but no one has come.

                  Finally got a genuine kent ro technician to come, who said the filter they installed is a fake, used one.

                  When i tried to google live care water solutions, i find complaints about liv care water solutions. They're a fraudulent company operating to dupe customers. Their tel not are [protected] and [protected]. Email [protected]@gmail.com

                  Necessary action should be taken before they dupe more people.

                    I have a LIV Pure RO. Liv care water solution people lied to me and pretended as they are from LIV pure RO so I took AMC of 3yrs of Rs. 9000/-. Now when I had an issue with RO yesterday, I called Liv pure customer care they said my no. Is not registered and I don’t have a valid AMC. I was cheated by this company LIV CARE WATER SOLUTIONS.

                    I called up the guy who came took the money. He had no clue what I was talking about.
                    When I ask for service they don’t provide one. He said he will come in the morning today but no one came again after calling N no. Of times no manager attends the call even the customer care people don’t transfer call to any technician or seniors. Seniors are so laid back they come around 12 noon at office according to employee working there.

                    They just give you one time service while they need the full amount. At that time also the technician don’t resolve the issue properly. For my RO when they changed the filter they have not assembled the RO well it’s leaking. They are untrained professional.

                    Now I have made N no. Of complaints but they don’t respond and even not giving my money back. I have a doubt the parts they have replaced are local too.This is really disappointing n they put you through mental torture. They keep your no. On hold for infinite time period and don’t attend we have to disconnect it finally, really pissed off now.
                    Beaware, writing this so that other people don’t go through the same.

                    Help me to recover my money ‘ my contract receipt no. Is 8465. I have a hard copy proof of the receipt.

                        I have hul water purifier. I wanted to get amc from hul. On internet, i got contact details of liv care. They visited my place and lied to me that they authorized partner with hul. I took amc of rs 5500 on 4th feb 2018. On 6th feb, i raised a complaint of filter stopped working. Technician visited our place and figured out that adaptor and pvc are damaged. He said i do not have parts right now, i will come back tomorrow with new parts. After that no one visited for 3 days. When i called, we were told that we will not replace pvc because it is very expensive, we will only repair it. Logic given to us was that pvc+adaptor cost is more than amc cost. So we will not spend more than amc cost. This is a a clear fraud. People take amc to avoid any bigger loss. These guys are telling on face that we will not spend more than amc cost. They said they will pick up filter from my home and repair pvc at heir workshop. Which i denied. Because i do not trust these fraudsters. After that i called multiple times, no one has visited my place till now. They are not willing to refund my amc amount. Finally i got it replaced form authorized hul service centre.
