I had my aro service, so my brother find customer care service number on internet . He get the number of ‘live care’ instead of ‘liv pure’ . He called and a sardarji named Balvinder singh came . He suggest us to take 1 year warranty service of Rs 5000 and we take . he gave us receipt (here i attach ).
But after 2 months when we call liv pure company they told us that no such warranty service is registered. we came to know that...

I have paid amc of rs. 5500/- (300+5200) for ro to your service centre - live care water solutions management, bhajanpura. Payment advice of rs. 5200/-.

Against payment of amc:

1.) no receipt is issued till date for rs. 5200/-.

2.) after amc payment & repeated requests for 3 days, old & faulty motor was placed in our ro. After which the ro problem remained as is & was leaking profusely.
