Live Care Water Solutions — fraudulent activities | |||
I have paid amc of rs. 5500/- (300+5200) for ro to your service centre - live care water solutions management, bhajanpura. Payment advice of rs. 5200/-. Against payment of amc: 1.) no receipt is issued till date for rs. 5200/-. 2.) after amc payment & repeated requests for 3 days, old & faulty motor was placed in our ro. After which the ro problem remained as is & was leaking profusely. 3.) after second complaint for placement of faulty motor, second representative visited, checked & agreed that faulty & old motor is placed. But did not replace the faulty motor. Kapil singh of your firm also agreed on call that fraud was done by your representative. 3.) when asked for amc covered cleaning, the representative told to use lemon, as per him lemon works better than my maintenance. 4.) we got the ro checked by independent engineer who confirmed that no motor has been changes. Proof pics of same also is attached for your reference Seeing your fraudulent & dubious practices, i do not want to continue the services of your centre & want my money back in my account I have also mailed all details to live care water solutions & aquaguard customer care requesting them for refund. I also faced the same fraud case of ₹5500.now what to do.livepure is totally responsible for this and should be sorry to customers.

i had also got cheated . A sardar named balvinder singh came and take 5000 rs as 1 year warranty service plan . we gave but when we called the live pure company after 2 months we got to know that no such plan is registered there .

It is a complete fraud, i had paid Rs 10000 for 3 years AMC. After taking money, they don't pick phones, they also change their names and numbers. We all should take action against it, and file complaint.
I also faced same issued no use of calling them they tell you they will come and don’t come to give service since one year they are doing this. They are not gonna listen . It’s a complete fraud company.
I have logged a complain in indian consumer forum let’s see what will happen . I think you all also should do complain so that some action should be taken against them

IT seems that this an organized fraud. I lodged my complain with Pureit customer care and they forward it to there service providers. I called Pureit today and asked for this reference, they say I have never lodged a complaint with them. Then how come the fraud "LIV pure water solutions" reached to my place for resolving my complaint and they even did AMC for 3 years.
All o[censored]s should take this matter up with Pureit and ask them for refund as they are the one who send these third party providers to our place and they cheat us.

Agreed - I'm surprised how the guys reached my house and HUL now says they have no record of a complaint

They have cheated me as well. I raised a complaint for my Zero B RO. A Sardar came to my house and told me that He is from ZeroB (Don't know from where he got my address) and my RO motor is not working and I should take an AMC for 5500/-. While my motor was fine and my RO was in warranty. After taking AMC, they have just made my RO working without replacing anything and never came back for any further service. Also, their phone numbers are not working.
I was just finding their numbers on internet and surprised to see that this company has cheated so many people.
Raising my voice against this issue as well. People should beware from these fraud companies.
Please let me know if we can take any action collectively.

Hi..this happened with us also..last year they have charged 10k for 4 yrs of AMC and never picks up the call..They are using the name of big companies like livpure, aquaguard etc as if they works with them and they address only the people who calls for service when I asked that lady that what about my AMC, she asked that which company RO we are using and accordingly they give toll free no. of that company where after calling we get to know that we Dnt HV any such AMC with them. Today I called an person on whose paytm account I have transferred 10k for AMC and now he is telling that he no more works for this RO company..I am sure he is bluffing..I asked for any alternative no. Then he asked me to send bill on his WhatsApp no. And then after he blocked my no.
We all should together file an complaint against these fraudster.
