The Livespace team convinced me to book the project by giving it on a spot offer, I booked the project by paying 25K and later the next day due to financial issues I decided to cancel the project as they have a policy if we cancel the within 48hrs then they will refund the amount I have canceled it within in time but still I haven't received my refund, I need that mone 25 k is not a small amount for me.
Please look into this and raise a complaint as there are multiple people who are facing the same issue.

Live space are cheats and should be awarded king of frauds. very eager to take money from you but do not deliver product . they took the advance by making person sit in home till 9:30pm . and now sudenly i receive an email saying your project is on hold . no on responds . nothing u only have rely on their mood .

We start a project with livespace on 06 may 2022. My project ID 1151950. Now they refused to complete the project as estimated date given by 18th Jun. No call received not even replied on WhatsApp. I’m pregnant and they said the team reached by 7pm. I waited for 02 hrs everyday but the team reached at 9pm and not complete the work. They continuously giving excuses for not complete the project. I regret I choose livespace

Livespace.COm has been non committed on the timelines of delivery of the project and has denied cancellation of project
Multiple follow up done speaking to different people but there has been no support from any supervisors
