Mosquito racket

On 4th May 2021, I had ordered an online one no. of electric mosquito racket and paid Rs.499.99 through PayU Money using my ICICI credit card. Payment ID is[protected].
The item has not been delivered. The company has no contact address or phone number.
It looks like a fraud company. How did Facebook allow such fraud companies operate on their platform?...
