I paid an advance of 150000 here FOR project id 5177823
BEFORE PAYING THE ADVANCE AMOUNT EVERYTHING SEEMED REASONABLE...
now after paying the amount they are charging me 1.5 lakhs for false ceiling (without wooden work) and paintwork(without woodwork or panelling for 134 sq ft area...
i really thought the amount was too much so i thought of quitting the idea.
after about a month i asked my designer GEETIKA for tentative quotation(for which they use a software)...and on other hand i created a NEW PROJECT WITH ID 1050891..and asked for the quotations of same wardrobe. with same finishes...
somehow there was a difference of 30, 000 RUPEES in tentative quotations of 4-6"(w)X7'(h)X2'(D)
the one with new ID WAS 30k cheaper as they wanted a new client..
because i had paid 1.5 lakhs they were overcharging for false ceiling paintwork and wardrobes as well..
charging me just the double amount..
when i asked the designer GEETIKA AS to why this change happened she said that i had wrong intention because i created a new project id...
wow...i actually saved like 30k by doing so...she was overcharging me because i paid the advance amount..
I HAVE CALLED HER AND MESSAGED HER SEVERAL TIMES TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHY THE WARDROBE WAS 30000 MORE BUT SHE HAS NO EXPLANATION AND HAS LEFT THE GROUP AS WELL..AS OBVIOUSLY SHE IS WRONG..
SHE IS SAYING SHE WILL NOT EXPLAIN ME WHY SHE USED 30000 MORE AMOUNT THAN OTHER DESIGNER...SHE IS SAYING SHE WILL EXPLAIN THE OTHER DESIGNER..

I signed up with Livspace for your home interiors on 11th january, 2020 with Rs 1, 50, 000 as 10% booking amount for a project scope of full home design.Due to covid i had to delay my project and i resumed recently on 7 september.
i was assigned a designer called Prakash Raghav who wasted 5-6 days of mine and commited that he will deliver the project after 5 days.
AFTER EXACT 5 days he said that his senior manager does not think he should work on my project which he only clarified to me after the end of 5 days.
Then we went to livspace experience centre in OKHLA and decided to resume my project with a new designer on 13 SEPTEMBER...
WE STARTED BY DESIGNING A ROOM AND ITS 1 OCTOBER...
I WAS TOLD I WILL GET 3DS AND COMPLETE BOQ
THEY CANT DESIGN A 134. SQFT ROOM IN 1 MONTH...
i have recieved 3ds and still jut a partial BOQ IN 1 MONTH..
I COMPLAINED IN LIVSPACE REGARDING SAME...SO THEY SENT ME BOQ TODAY WHICH COMPRISES PAINTING AND FALSE CEILING (WITHOUT WOODEN WORK) (WITHOUT PROVIDING LIGHTS)(WITHOUT PANELLING) YET ITS 1.3 LAKH JUST FOR 134 SQ FT AREA...
THEY HAVE ADDED 5 SOCKETS IN ONE SMALL ROOM...JUST TO INCREASE MY AMOUNT..
THEY HAVE ADDED MONEY TO COVER THE DOOR WHILE PAINTING EHICH IS 5000 BUCKS..
THE BOQ THEY HAVE PROVIDED SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE CHECKED...

i wanted to design a 3 bhk and was given a tentative quotation of 20 lakh which included changing marble...all furniture all kitchen all wardrobes...a lot of civil work...IN THAT THE FALSE CEILING WAS 112 RS PER SQFT...ADDING SO MANY SOCKETS...5 SOCKET FOR 134 SQ FFT AREA MAKES NO POINT...SHE IS SAYING THAT I SHOULD JUST GET THIS ROOM DONE BY HER AND THEN HIRE SOMEONE ELSE...AS THIER TIMELINE WILL REMAIN THE SAME...THEY TAKE MONTHS IN DESIGNING A. ROOM AND THEN BOQ TAKES ANOTHER MONTH...ON CALL I SARCASTICALLY ASKED THE MANAGER IF WORK WILL BE COMPLETED IN A YEAR...SHE ACTUALLY SAID YES...
I DO NOT HAVE IT IN ME TO DEAL WITH THIS DAILY MENTAL TORTURE..
GOING WITH LIVSPACE WOULD MEAN AN YEAR TO ENTER MY NEW HOME...I AM PAYING RENT...I CANNOT AFFORD THAT...AND GETTING ONE ROOM DESIGNED BY THEM AND REST BY SOMEONE ELSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ME...EVEN THEIR DESIGN PROCESS IS REALLY WEIRD AS THEY HAVE ADDED 5 SOCKETS IN A SMALL ROOM JUST TO INCREASE COST.
The price initially quoted and the price sheet provided now have significant increase which is against the Livspace policy where you clearly mention no hidden cost and other stuff.

We have raised concern with customer support of livsPAce but THE COMPLAINT GETS FORWARDED TO THE MANAGER GEETIKA WHO is not solving anything..
if she was capable enough i wouldnt have complained thrice in a month.
i have asked them to change my team severral times but again they have no one experienced working in the centre...
i have tried everything in hope that my isssue will be resolved...
i would like a full refund of my amount as these people are not capable of designing a 3bhk...they just know how to obtain booking amount..after that they dont work as they want people to ask for refund and their refund policy clearly states that only half amount can be refunded that too in livspace credits...so you have to purchase something from there for half amount..

Moving to a new home is a dream for everyone and Livspace has ruined it completely.

The only thing we are asking now is to provide us a refund asap so that we can still think of having a better beginning in our new home.
