I had booked a flat no 1002 in the a wing, building: maxima, casa bella gold, dombivali being developed by lodha developers in 2010. The total cost of the flat is rs. 28.52 lacs. I had intimated lodha developers that I had availed a loan of rs. 20 lacs from hdfc bank (empanelled with lodha for this project) and paid the own contribution of rs. 8.52 lacs within the demand raised by lodha developers.
