I have booked my flat 2011 and it’s suppose to hand over in 2013 but still not yet hand over my flat, I am keep calling and sending mail but no reply, I was not aware that logic group is cheater, I have paid 35-lakh and only 5-lakh is remaining but so far not hand over, I have booked in blosoom zest project, unit no-1203, floor-12th, block-E, super area-990

This is such a fraudlent agency who loot money from travelers by making fake promise. Please don't ever fall in their trap.

My story : I have booked a cab from Logix a month back with a token advance amount of 2500 rs and the whole package cost is for 10000rs. After I started my journey got a call from Logix saying that they need more 4k(i.e 10k + 4k) to avail the cab service. They told that they won't send driver to pick up me unless I agree to pay additional 4k. This is pakka trap as I don't have any other choices, I should either accept them to pay additional 4k more than the agreed amount else I need to look for another agency (this is not possible at all as it was already midnight, travelling to Kerala). I told that I don't need the cab and asked them to give my advance amount back but they denied that as well. Later after I arrived Kerala, I am at Aluva station with full of disappointment as I need to travel around 250km to reach my resort. After long time search got one cab there and reached the resort, we are very tired and with a full of disappointment as we lost our money 2500 rs by trusting this fraudulent agency. Our entire trip plan went with full of disappointment and they spoiled our whole trip.

Booked a flat in logix group's blossom zest project in sector 143, noida. Flat booked in 2012 with possession date of 2014. However, sitting today in 2019, there is no word or communication from the builder regarding completion of the project/possession date. Innocent and unaware people like me who have invested in this project are suffering owing to life savings getting stuck and additional burden of bank loans.

The builder needs to refund the money along with interest to the buyers. Justice has to prevail in a democratic set up like india
