My name is Indrajit, Recently I had Placed 2 orders of Pinnacle Prudence Ice Cooler Box (Keeps Cold Upto 72 Hours) (30L Blue) from website London Britches (https://londonbritches.in/). After placing order I realized that I placed 2 orders instead of 1 order, so I called them at Mobile no. [protected] which is still switched off, I even emailed them to cancel 1 order and delivery only 1 order. But no response here too. I was duped sum total of Rs. 2198/- then I closely investigated it seems like me there are many people who are victims of this site

The location shows Punjab, they have mentioned address of Surat and the phone number is of west Bengal.

I request you to please ban this website on immediately before it can scam, mislead, dupe people, god forbids before they commit any more heinous crime.

I had ordered a water purifier and mixer from the website, had received no information about the order.

The order no. 94081 on 17th April 2022 total amount paid is ₹3497 through Paytm.

I request you to please get a full refund of the paid amount as I have read the reviews of the website being a fraud.

I have ordered an air cooler of Rs 2198 and it is not showing any details.

I ordered a pop-up toaster from London Britches and it cost around Rs.850. The payment was done on 15th April 2022 at 8:03 PM. It's been 2 days since the payment was done and there's been no contact from their end ever since. The payment was done to WROONZE.

I had ordered a orient cooler from London britches.in website on 15th April 2022 with online payment of Rs. 2598 via paytm of order number 89474 but I didn’t get any product till now nor I get any text message from this site regarding the order. And mobile number given is switched off.and no responce.So this is a totally a fake and fraud website...plz refund money.

They took 2999 before 4 months as no cod available for nestle coffee machine and since then my product is not delivered neither the refund it's such a bad and disaster thing I need my money back

I had ordered a air fryer from London britches.in website on 10th April 2022 with online payment of Rs. 1199 via UPI of order number 84057 but I didn’t get any product till now nor I get any text message from this site regarding the order. And mobile number given is switched off. I have also sent email but no response.

Oder for mini refrigerator but no response from seller and also help line number is always switcoff.my amount of rupees 2233 also debited.

I had ordered air cooler from londonbritchesn.in worth rs 1598/- but I didn't receive any message and mail regarding the order received . Then I doubted and called at the contact number given on the site. And the number is switched off.. I have sent mails but I haven't received any reply and i can't even track my order.
This site is totally fraud.
Please help me to get refund of rs 1598/-

the website has no option to trace the order. the help desk number [protected] not reachable (incoming call barred) . the booked status or delivery/dispatch status is not confirmed either by mail or whatsapp.

it seems like a fraud with me.

Rqst eliminate/ban this type of firm to online sell over website. Also rqst to recover the paid amount rs.2999/- or arrange to deliver the booked items at the earliest.

How to resolve it

I have ordered a mixer on 1st April, paid all amount online, but not got any type of order number Or any type of confirmation about order or payment. They are just collecting money and not responding. Their phone number which is available on their website, that is also not in service. Big fraud, and daily people are getting traped in this scam. Someone should take a strong action against them

I have ordered a cooler from havell's for Rs 2999 but not received any order no. not ordering status no expected delivery date and when I am going to their customer care corner ther are asking for order no and the telephone no which is given on their website is not connecting. please help to get my money back or the order to be delivered, its my hard earned money please help.

On 24.03.2022 I have purchased an air cooler from this website. 1499 rupees has reduced from my account after payment. But, i did not received any confirmation message or email regarding delivery. I tried to call their customer service the number is switched off. I informed my bank and cyber cell about this on the same day. Bank told me that Merchant has settled the amount in the next day. Cyber cell closed my complaint without taking any action. I can still see that so many people are becoming their prey. Is there any hope that I'll get my money back?

This is a website that shows up on google search when you search for a purchase link to any product they list online, the prices of these products are slashed way below market rate. When you click on the link and visit the site, it claims to sell all kinds of consumer products ranging from womenswear to kitchen appliances. You make your purchase, pay online choosing from different payment options and fill in your details like postal address, phone number, email id etc. After successful payment, the site takes you to a page showing details of your order and assigns you an order no. for tracking purposes. No confirmation email is sent on the id you have just submitted with your postal details. No sms or whatsapp confirmation is recieved either. The customer care/ shipping and tracking pages are shams. They are just online forms to be filled, with the same details over and over. There is one phone no. (cellular) listed, that is always switched off when you call. The recording informing you the number is switched off appears to be speaking Bengali. However the address listed on the website is in Surat, Gujarat. There is no real means to reach any human person to get any update on the order whatsoever.

Yesterday I have purchased a Crompton cooler from this website. 2189 rupees has reduced from my account after payment. But, i did not received any confirmation message or email regarding delivery. Lateron I have searched on internet about this website. I has shown that londonbriches is a fraud website. I tried to call their customer service the number is switched off. Please try to solve my problem. I need my money back .

I had ordered crompton ozone desert air cooler 75l. for Rs 2099/ +99/ other charges. On 1st April 2022. I paid full amount online through razor pay against order no.47864.payment went to harpal creations. I, immediately try to contact both companies but didn got any response and then launched complaint on there site again there was no response. Now, I am complaining to consumer forum, i hope, my complaint will be entertained. Now i don't want the product, pls make efforts so my money is refunded and make sure such fake sites don't run on line.

I had placed an order for Air cooler with London Britches. Cost was ver reasonable compared to other sites. Due to heat i had place order on 31st March 2022. Till date there is no response from London Britches when will the order be delivered. It said in one day it will be delivered. It was Bajaj Air cooler. For 1499/-. Payment made online and receiving PARTNER was WROONZE . The number given on their site, doesn't exist anymore. Please help to get my money back the product to be delivered.
