I want to return my product how can i return?

I have paid the amount for a computer chair a month ago. So far there is no delivery nor response to my emails.
Please help

I searched in google about small coolers and found one suitable one in londonbritches which came in the list on top of search. I went to the site and paid for the product and which was showing the delivery is on 4th May. After the payment, I received the receipt details. But didn't get message or email about the purchase and no product delivered. When I searched in google for this company, I saw multiple complaints raised on it. Can you please help me here for the refund and stop showing this site in google so that others won't be fooled and loose money.

I searched in google for coolers and find the cooler suitable for me and went to site and check the product and pay using UPI. It was showing deliver date is 4th May and I feel I can get tracking details and order information to either my mobile or email. But I didn't get any message or email and even in site, I am seeing only Order number and nothing else. Later I searched in google that many had same issues with this site.

As i have ordered i redmi mobile phone but not recieved yet. as i have already given the payment
