Looking Good Furniture Complaints & Reviews

I have purchased teak wood bed, dining table and garden table /chair from looking good furniture. Bed side polishing started coming out and doesn’t seem to be real teak wood. I spoke to the person and shared images. They were supposed to send people by Monday 14th august. Nobody visited and they stopped picking my calls and reply on WhatsApp. Please help

Bought a marble top dinning table from Looking Good furniture last year. The product was delivered after a lot of delay and in not a very good stage. After much follow up they repaired and resolved the issue, but in less than 3 months the base of the table got cracks from multiple places. It's been 3 months now I have been following up with the Looking Good furniture team...but joone has attended mybissue. They just keep forwarding the complain from one person to another...false promises and ZERO RESULT.

I got furniture worth 46,000 from Looking good furniture on a Thursday. This included a bed and a sofa set. I also had bought the sofa cushions from them with slight modifications. These were promised to me on the following Monday. The sales guy sent along the cushions that were on the sofa for temporary use until they got my cushions made.

When I called on Monday, he mentioned that he has the cushions with him in the showroom and will send it out by evening. So the conversation goes as follows

"Can you tell me a time this will get delivered?"
"We'll do it today sir.. we'll give you a call an hour before we start from here"
"ok.. "

Nothing happens. Next day, the same story. And so on the next day. Finally when I call up to shout at him, the conversation goes as follows:

"Why the hell haven't you sent my cushions yet?"
"I told you, we'll call one hour before we start..."
"But that was Monday! today is wednesday.. I want my cushions"
"Why are you yelling at me? No one has talked to me this way"
"I am sure everyone who you delay your delivery will yell at you.. do you not think we have work and other stuff to go to?"
"I never said it will be delivered Monday.. I said that we'll call one hour before we start"
"Do you think I should wait at my house for your call each day?"
"Who's asking you to wait? You go ahead and we'll give you a call one hour before we start"
"Damnit!! do you not understand, its not the one hour, but its the day that you promised!"
"Don't shout at me.. "

So, afraid that he may never deliver the cushions, I called him back each day and the same story evolves. "My vehicle is in Whitefield.. they'll call one hour before they come" "Its raining and so we can't come" "My vehicle is in Whitefield..."

I am not sure if I over-reacted to this, but my guess is that the sales guys are lousy. Especially in the way they admit their delay and never tend to even apologize. Its a ridiculous place to buy things and I am pretty sure you can get the same quality cheaper elsewhere (as I went around BTM and a few other places to get some additional furniture). Please stay away from this place. They are unscrupulous in their actions and will take their own sweet time in delivering the stuff after you've paid your money.

I am talking about the store in Kormangala, though I am sure they keep on rotating their sales persons through out Bangalore. I bought a sofa set from them. The delivery didn't happen on time . The sofabed was good only for 1 month(yes you heard me right.) . After registering my complaint several times finally a person visited my place. He was very rude in his dealings and he didn't find any issue with the sofabed though each and every person who come to my house said the sofabeds are having problems...Now after using it for 3months I developed a back pain and finally I stopped using it. Though the sofa had 1 yr guarantee they asked me to pay 3000 to replace the defective bed.

Please do not visit the store if you want to buy a good piece of furniture. I will try to upload a video in youtube very soon.
