Loom Solar Complaints & Reviews

I purchased solar set up from Loom Solar which is in warranty. I complaint several times that my panels are not generating current which my battery is not charging but on grid it is charging. I complained several times but they ignored me and closed my complaint without visit or call. 2 times I registered complaint on the complaint number.

So, kindly help me to resolve my problem.

From loom solar panel, electricity not generated from solar panel, which my battery is not charging . From grid, it is charging. I checked, there is no current in cable from panel to inverter. I complained several times, recently complaint number is 1671 but no can resolve my problem and one time they closed my complaints without visit or consult me. My set up is in warranty.

So, kindly help me to resolve the problem.

I had ordered the solar panel stand on Nov 1st.

Don't buy any product from this company, no service, customer care is poor, i have received a defective product but there is no refund policy, my product sukam mppt, but sukam is already closed, why loom solar sell product if service not available, i contacted every person but they even not picking my phone, shame on loom solar, order no 4892, i message to them but not reply, customer care worst.

I have purchased 3 loom solar panels from "loomsolar.com" (160 watts panel has issue). All panels are inferior in quality. The max output given by 160watt panel was 120 to 125watt at peak (12-2pm time). Out of that one panel has manufacturing defect informed immediately after delivery and when i have informed them they are not yet replaced or taken further action. I have added the photo of that showing the issue. Other panels also have quality issue. Beware of loomsolar.com.

Customer service: no proper response from customer service.

Delivery: delivery takes more than 10days (Saying 3 day delivery). And 1 item missing and delivered after few days so if we take that to count total duration will be more 15 days to compete order.

Product quality: very bad since all panels has quality issues

Reliability: bad since 160 watt panel giving max 120-125 watt at peak time (Measured at good sunlight without shade 12 to 2pm)
