We invited to attend meeting at celebration mall udaipur in feb 2021, where loutestree holiday vacation have set up there field to cheat the people and We too trapped in them and purchased membership 5 yrs now when we trying to book holiday there call center numbers are not responding pl help to file complaint

Biggest feaud company. They cheated all of their clients . Now their nos are off and no one responds . I am sure that if we all come together with our amounts for which we got cheated then it may go more than a crore of rupees and it would become one of the biggest cheat in india . The biggest fraud people are these guys only Mr Rohit Rajput and Miss Jyoti . I think we all should come together and lodge a combined complaint in all our respective police stations against these frauds

I had purchase the membership in last year by paying 30000 and 10000 which comes to 40000 and they agreed on giving holiday vacation for 10 years. Last year I got the vacation from them but this year they are not replying from last seven days. It seems to me that they had cheaed me and hard earned money is lost. Please help me to get my money back.

I had taken a gold membership from Loutestree Holiday vacation in patna and paid 46000 as membership and valid for 7 years and also paid the 9999 for AMC and when asking fir booking the hotel they are asking more money and telling guests left will used next year. Same thing they told in 1st ear when ask for vacation, . I am asking for refund and no one picking call . There are many people Rohit, Aisya or Jyoti.

I attended it with my wife and purchased membership what they called as ownership at INR 15, 000 for stay in 5 star hotels for vacation from Mr Rohit Rajput along with his team.

I contacted them for booking on couple of occasions but it didn't happen. Seeing their highly unprofessional behaviour, we got suspicious and asked them to refund our money back.

The Customer Care asked me to share bank details on which refund will be processed within 45 days which i shared with them promptly. Since then there is not update.

Mr. Rohit Rajput is untraceable, his mobile no and customer care no is switched off since then.

This company has cheated us, please help us getting our money back.

Feb 2022, I attended it with my wife and purchased membership what they called as ownership at INR100000 for stay in 5star hotels fir vacation by commitment for 8yrs from Mr Rohit Rajput along with Jyoti madam.
Now when I asked them for booking in 12June2023 Aayesha madam confirmed the booking but didn't paid to the hotel and we have to pay the money for stay, and since then nobody is relying to any call or message and all the numbers of Mr Rohit Rajput are all time out of service. They took INR 9500 as annual maintenance fees before confirming the booking.

This company has cheated us, please help us getting our money back.

This company has been cheating for a while and it is unfortunate that we are letting them walk away just like that.

Let us join hands to investigate in full swing so this fraudulent company and many more such as these don't ever think about conning innocent people with their hard earned money.

We have a lot of members from udaipur, rajasthan with my personal money inr 2, 25, 000 was taken for 25 years commitment and zero response on booking.

In fact, they took another 10k recently against promised booking and now that money is gone as well. Partial amount for flight tickets is also pending with no signs of their existence.

Loutestree Holiday Vacation Pvt Ltd, CIN No: U55101DL2020PTC375172, Regn No- 375172, GSTIN-07AAECL4712F1ZS, email- [protected]@gmail.com, on 28/2/2023 to attend a seminar at a private hotel with my wife. I attended the same & purchased the membership for Rs 62, 400/- (Receipt No.237 & 238) on false commitments of stays at 5 star hotels for holiday by their Sales Persons, Mr Rohit singh (M-[protected]) & Mr Prince (M-[protected]).The Commitments were never fulfilled & rather their whole team stopped receiving my calls.Their dedicated customer care number of Ms Ayesha M-[protected], also does not receive any calls & only responds to messages by just mentioning that my payment would be refunded.But they are not refunding the amount after almost 2 months of persuasions.After so many persuasions, I got a refund of Rs 10, 000/- in my wife Shikha Gupta's account on 16 May, 2023 transferred by Mr Rajmohan Kumar, M-[protected], HDFC[protected]. I need my full refund along with compensation towards mental harassment & time loss .Also strict action should be taken against such fraud companies under Section 420.

Loutestree has cheated on me. I was also hoaxed by call and they forced me to buy the membership at the hotel and since then I am trying to contact them for booking but no one answered. Rohit Rajput was the one who took our booking and he is a big fraud. He has been giving false promises and kept ignoring any request I made. Please help me in refunding my money. This was a scam and I see many people with the same issue with the same person.

No one is picking call or responding. My parents took a gold membership and all the money feels wasted. No contact number is working to discuss. At the mentioned address the company has vacated. It feels like i need to file a official police complaint.

They sold a Gold membership to my Mom and Dad at Patna in 50, 000 Rs. Their number is never picked. Their address is fraud. They don't have their office in mentioned address. It's a total helpless situation

Hard earned money (2.25L) spent to buy their membership along with their gift vouchers last February 2022. Nothing seems to be legitimate as there is no customer service to take calls or emails to be responded back.

People whom I got in touch so far is Rohit Rajput that sold the membership in Udaipur and do have recordings of everything that was promised and another person "Aisha" who assisted as customer service for which we have hard copy/ recordings on the conversation done till date.

While looking up management details, two names pop up (ROHAN SINGH
& RAJMOHAN KUMAR) and they are ones to get investigated first to ensure no one else is hurt on these fraudulent schemes.

Lost my patience after one full year of stress, time, effort, money and NOW IN THIS DIGITAL WORLD, let us get these cheaters out of the market.

I have taken membership of the above holiday vacation in Jan22. I sent so many mails but all are unreplied. Now i feel that this Loutestree Hoilday vacation is totally a fraud company. We spent Rs. 60000 to take membership of the same.
Now i want my Rs. 60000 back.

I purchased a holiday tour plan from Mr Rohit Rajput in November 2021, he give me a plan for 7/6days pack with validity of 3years, I try to book hotels as per my requirement but no any answer received from company. On 24th May i was asked to come in 17th degree restaurant( P M mall) along with my wife .there they said they will give total 42 nights hotel room in minimum 3star hotels booking unconditionally if I pay Rs 45000 for a package of 5+2 years, not a single Rs I have pay after that. So we paid them Rs 45000 from my wife Google pay UPI. now they r not giving booking . Even i msg on WhatsApp that if they not provide booking then refund my money. But they did't reply even they are not picking my mobile now. So please help me get my money refunded to me as soon as possible.

I told him "hume company k bare m janne ke liye time do" lekin hume kaha ki y discount sirf aaj k liye hi h... Hum n payment kar di or jab ghar aa kar net par search kiya to the holiday club k naam ki company thi but company suspicious lagi . Hum bhut preshan hue... Mr. Rajput ko contact kiya unhone kaha kal din me 12 baje aap usi hotel me aakar mujhse le jana but dusre din unka phone switch off aa raha tha mai hotel gaya par waha bhi koi nahi aaya tha.Maine unke company ke customer care pe phone kiya unhone kaha 45 din ke andar aapko paisa wapas kar denge Par 45 din baad bhi paisa nahi aaya maine fir call kiya to bole ki 10 din me paisa mil jayega par ab 10 din baad sabka mobile switch off hai they all are liar they dont respond calls now or Sir hume 4 july se aaj tak bhut preshan hai Pahle company n one ek din ka time liya fir mail m likha ki wo hamara paisa 45 days m refund karenge. Time over hone k baad bhi company k taraf se koi process nahi hua fi r wait karne k baad humne mail ki or call bhi kiya tab unhone kaha ki wo 25 hazar amount hi refund karenge Company sirf time pass kar rahi h or na hi humara pura paisa wapas kar rahi h... Hum n payment one time m ki thi or ab hume refund k liye is tarah preshan kiya ja raha h. Is company par action lena chaiye taki y log aur kisi ke saath is tarah ka fraud na kar sake.hume humara pura paisa wapas dilane m humari help kare.
