Lovato Appliances Complaints & Reviews

A kitchen appliance was order and that the kitchen mixie with prepayment a few months ago.

Neither the appliance ordered is delivered nor the money prepaid is returned.

I ordered products from lovatoappliances.co.in on 5 October 2021 (Order Number 2108). I purchased products worth Rs 1941.28. I received order confirmation email from [protected]@gmailcom. I also received payment receipt from RazorPay which also stated the following- For any order related queries please reach out to Milestone Fashion at contact.[protected]@gmail.com. This was suspicious as I had placed order with Lovato Appliances, not Milsestone Fashon. I then wrote at [protected]@gmail.com asking for order update on 7 October but have not received any response.
I have tried opening the website many times since then but it is not working.
