Dear Sirs/ Madam,
I have a LPG Gas connection with the register mane of Ananda Lal Barui (Consumer No BM01702), I have recently placed a Refill cylinder and today I receive the cylinder, as per invoice the amount is Rs.926/- but the delivery person forcefully overcharge the amount of Rs.966/-. When I politely asked the delivery person that "Why you overcharge for deliver the cylinder" ? the person rudely speaking and behaved very badly. This has happened several times. Please take this matter urgently and take action. Please find the attachment.

i m using bharat gas cylinder. regulator didn’t join cylinder b.coz of wiser not present in that cylinder so i was call pudhari gas service kiwle they behave vary rude with me and still after complaining my complaint didn’t solve my Issue plz take some action.

I would like to launch a complaint against a shop in front of s. M super market soup stall in which household gas cylinder is been used for commercial purpose.
On the thiruthani nagar main road, pallava garden area infront of s. M super market, they are using domestic cylinder to make hot soup and corn and tea.
2. Road side hotel, located in the same area next to s. M super market who is making buggie, vada, dosa, idly and porattos using domestic cylinder morning and evening diffin.
Location : near the pallava garden 4 th avenue name board, thiruthani nagar main road. Pallava garden. Old pallavaram. Next to s. M super market.
They are using domestic cylinder to make vada, ponda, bujji and idly, dosas for many years.
So please take a raid and inspection both 2 shops and avoid the illegal use of domestic cylinders.

2. 2 shop: road side hotel, located in the same area next to s. M super market. Opposite to medicals

I believe it is illegal to use the household gas cylinder for commercial purpose.

In this case, you are kindly requested to look into this matter on priority basis for this 2 shops and take legal action against on owner.

Hi i am a bharat gas consumer. Me and my in laws live on ground and first floor of our duplex. Both o[censored]s received cylinders on the same day on 06/09/2017 and both the cylinders are less in weight around 5 to 6 kg.
This is the third time i received cylinder with less weight. From last 2 times i am complaining to the agency and they usually send new cylinder in place of old. The weight machine used by the delivery boy does not show the correct weight as i weight it on my own machine it is always lesser than expected. After i receive new cylinder it accurately measure on my machine.
My and my in laws consumer numbers are 53758686 and 51327991 resp.
Please have a look at the matter.

मेरे पास भारत पेट्रोलियम कंपनी का गैस कनेक्शन है जिसका उपभोक्ता क्रमांक 509923 है। कंपनी के नियमानुसार मुझे सितंबर 2012 से 31 मार्च 2013 तक रियायती दर पर 3 सिलेंडर मिलना था, जिनमें से रियायती दर दो सिलेंडर मैंने दिनांक 24.10.2012 एवं 17.12.12 को प्राप्त किए हैं। दिनांक 14.01.2012 को मुझे रियायती दर का तीसरा सिलेंडर प्राप्त हुआ, किंतु एजेंसी (विनित गैस, विजय मार्केंट, बरखेड़ा, भेल टाउनशिप, भोपाल, फोन[protected], 2620861) द्वारा मुझसे उक्त सिलेंडर के 1002.50 रुपए लिए गए। इस प्रकार मुझसे रियायती दर के सिलेंडर से अधिक कीमत वसूली गई है।
महोदय गैस एजेंसी पर संपर्क करने पर उन्होंने अधिक ली गई राशि वापस करने में असमर्थता जताई। अतः निवेदन है कि मुझसे ली अतिरिक्त राशि मुझे वापस दिलवाने का कष्ट करें।

Sri Gowri Durga Gas Agency, Kongu main Road, Tirupur - 641 607. My Door No.25/19. Thriurvalluvar Thottam. But My Gas agency was wrongly entered in Door No.19 Thiruvalluvar Thottam. The above Door No.19 is Mr. S.Sekaran's House. Now past 2months LPG Cylinder supply stopped my house and with mr. Sekaran's house. I contact my gas agency, they said" fill and submit customer forms and we can release your gas connection" In this oldage how can I maintained my family. please change my correct addres and release Gas Connection. Sorry for the inconvenience.

we booked for the gas cylinder and unfortunately we went out on the concerned day wen the cylinders was brought... but the same day we went and complaint regarding this to the nearby station two hours later, and the complaint was taken and a word is given to me that the gas cylinder would be sent tomorrow.... but rather than sending us the cylinder a complaint was sent to the head office stating that we don't reside in our address and we have shifted our house to some other place.... i strongly condemn this action against this gas agency....the consumer number is 2746...the gas agency address is as follows Dhanalakshmi gas agency(Kodungaiyur).....

This is request cum complain for the connection.I have a connection of Indian oil, whose Distributer is Dagar gas agency sec-3 rohini delhi from where no one pick up the ph also, some telephone no are temporarly out of service.For Corroprate company which is not fair, Your customer care is not intrested to pickup the ph also.Distributers do miss behave to me.and also overcharging.supply is not in proper time.

Plz help me to provide the gas urgently.

15/02/2010 को लगभग 2 साल पहले रुपये 4000 में एकता गैस सेवा आकास विकास रूडकी से गैस कनेक्सन लिया था | तब मुझे कहा गया था के हम आपको होम डेलिवरी देगे
तथा रिफिल लगाने के २१ दिन के बाद दूसरा रिफिल लगेगा लेकिन 25 दिन के बाद बुकिंग करते है और बुकिंग के 18 दिन के बाद गैस लेने गोदाम पर जाना पड़ता है| लेकिन 200 से 250 व्यक्ति सुबह 6.30 7.00 बजे लाइने में लग जाते है| लेकिन गैस नहीं मिलती है | गैस ब्लेक कर दी जाती | कृपया उचित कदम उठाये |

sir my gas is leaking for 3 hours and the emergency nnumber given in the recipt is not working i have tried all the number but no responce the connection is from shree shyam indane agency i have also logged a complain to him but not got any satifactiory answer this is such a serious matter but no one is taking proper action what to do the ?. the toll free no given in the recipt is [protected] the person on this no has told he has no responsibility of doing such thing

With due respect I would like to draw your kind attention for misbehavior of staff of LPG Gas Agency of Kanpur Nager Utter Predesh Named M/S - Ravi Enterprises Naveen Nager Kakadeo Kanpur as on -14.02.2012,when I gone for issuing for gas Coupon.Sir, I requested to concern Officer of this gas Agency for issue me a new Gas Coupon Book.Officer of concern, replied me that go here & provide him a present ID PROOF, then he will be issue this book. I requesting him that I have already submitted the copy of ID PROOF to you at the time of my gas connection & still my residential address has not been changed.But he replied me again in very rough & irritating manner.Go here, I never issue you above require book of coupon. At last I contacted to Agency Head & told him my problem, but he also misbehaving with me along with loose talk.So,I am very humbly requesting to you , plz take a strict action against the staff of this Gas Agency of Kanpur, which are working with your customers & blaming to all staff of Indian Oil Corporation of Kanpur Area by saying this this is the very struct instruction of Indian Oil Corporation, Kanpur Area.Sir, this is not misbehavior with me, this misbehaving with Indian Oil Corporation staff and also misbehavior of our nation indirectly.Sir,I am again very humbly requesting to you for a strict action against the staff of this Agency of Kanpur.

I stay in Shahabad and my customer number is 9677, I had booked for re-filling my cylinder. I had to call the agency atleast every day but till date they have not sent me the cylinder. Further the way they speak is very unprofessional.

Honestly sometimes I feel being common person is so helpless. Hope someone will help the common person.

I request IOC official to take severe action agnecy, so that He supplys LPG cylinders Timely.

All most LPG gas dealer are giving bill less amount but time of delivery taking much Price. When the consumers are bring the filled gas cylinder from the Depo dealers are not deducting the delivery cost.State government & Gas companies should look into this matter seriously.weaight & measure departments should check the quantity of gas what should be the container,and should check it time to time.

Whenever I/We try To Contact With M/S Sammriddhi Gas Service For The Booking Of Gas, Either The Basic telephone Number 2206921 Do Not Reply Or The The Phone is Out Of Order. There is Shortage Of Power Supply At RaeBareli And, If we Call Them at The Time When There is no Electricity Then We Get reply That Call Us When The Electricity is Here Or We Have To Rush To There Place at 551, Civil-Lines For The Booking Of Gas Cylinder.
The Latest Amusing Thing is That The Current Cylinder is Blowing black carbon Flames Whenever we Turn On The Gas Stove And We Did Not Make Any Complaints Because We Know That All Our Efforts Shall Go In Vein.

My name is Suresh Chand Jain. My consumer No. is 563906, S.V. No.3011091. I am serviced by Moti Gas Service, Etah. I had booked home-delivery refill on 7th December 2010 at their serial No.328. I was ensured that the cylinder will be delivered latest by 15th December. Thereafter, I have contacted them in person/through telephone, but the same has not been delivered so far; every time, their routine reply is "GAS AANEWALI HAI. 2 - 3 DIN MEY AAPKE GHEAR BHEJ DENGE;. We are living in villages of mandi District of Himachal Pradesh. Gas Agency of teh-sarkaghat distt mandi (H.P.) is our distributor for LPG gas. They are fixing the day for delivery of gas on every Thursday . But sorry sir, they have not delivered gas on fixed day. All the villager carry cylinder and hold them at road side or on nearest shop.but but for last 1 month heare is no delivery of gas in this area.

. Kindly solve our problem and plz send the delivery of gas in distt mandi teh-sarkaghat TIHRA area.

My family is in village-Kalewal bhagtan Dist: Hoshiarpur, Inspite of several verbal enquiry and request, I am not provided the gas connection booklet ,which was taken by agency owner.Secondly, I am residing in Shimla (Defence personal-posted in shimla) agency owner is not willing to speek on phone neither ready to provide gas connection booklet & gas cylinder delivery to my family, i have given my contact details to Mr.Paramjeetsingh(Gas agency-employee) but they are not bothered ,Bajrang Gas Agency to deliver the cylinder & their behaviour towards customer service is very poor. This all puzzled me a lot and forced me to register the complaint.

So I request you to ensure the gas cylinder delivery at the right time at our door. Please take a quick action to my request. My particulars are as below .

Am A.K.Kathisesan aged 83 a consumer under consumer no 37609 of IOC LPG at Kochin.I was trying to book the cylinder through the internet booking service .While registering the details wrongly have given the mail ID as [protected]@yahoo.com instead of [protected]@yahoo.co.in .On registering could see the details of booking and supply as well and could learn my cylinder is recorded as delivered on[protected] without effecting supply to me. have send a feedback to company and got a call from their office but no action.The internet booking has to be reset for me so that could easily book and monitor the supply .Kindly do the need full.

We are customer of Sukhmani Gas Service, Kotkapura vide customer no. 316 in the name of Gainda Lal. Last deleivery of LPG was on 19/05/2010. After that many reminders were given to the agency for the supply of LPG but they don't bother to supply. Till now they have not supplied to us beside booking the LPG. Please take necessary action and reply to us.

sir, i had booked a cylinder from Akta gas services avas vikas colony roorkee distt.haridwar on dated 16 sept.2010. my consumer no. is eg.1995. till date the cylender is not delivered to me.when i went to the agency to enquire about it .the staff had to say me that the agency can,t give any home divelery.
sir last time i had booked a cylinder from akta gas on dated 15-07-10.but the agency cant give me home dilrvery.than i went to godawn on dated 20-08-10 and my cylinder and i have paid 345/-rs.

As per my Experience I am calling for cooking gas Cylinder registration on phone but your both phone number very bussy if by change ringing than any bady can not attend the call. This type activty daily decided by you.
