Respected Sir,
I m a customer of Kalpana Indane Gas Agency,Vijaynagar,Bangalore.My customer number is KG54185.I just have one gas cylinder.I usually reserve the cylinder after 7 weeks ,u may check my records from the gas agency.But I m constraint to say that this gas agency never delivers the LPG cylinder on time.They keep on delaying .In the past I have talked to Mr Saneel Kumar on his mobile no. [protected] frequently.After his help they supply the LPG to my residence.This is the usual attitude of the gas agency which creates a lot of ruckus in the customers life.They sell the cylinders illegally and this is not only my complain . There are several other customers who are bearing the brunt .
The gas agent nd their vendors openly BlACK the cylinder in the market.There is no shortage of cylinder in the market.This artificial shortage is created by the Kalpana Gas Agency so that the customer may be compelled to purchase cylinder in Black.This problem is only faced in Bangalore due to these Black Marketeers.I booked the cylinder on 2nd of June,2010.After 7 days when we visited the office , they say "NEXT DAY".........but i really dont know when will their tomorrow come.I request you to please look into the matter and acknowledge my complain .

    I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor captain rakesh, mathura is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil before one month and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. On an enquiry they said your refil cylinder was already supplied .my last cylinder supplied on[protected]. when i am going to agency to take information of my cylinder then they used very rude language .so i request you to take action against them as sson as possible.

    LPG Gas — demand extra charges and delay delivery

    Dear sir,
    Our consumer no.27027,our agancy name is Laxmi gas agancy. My complain is after gas booking deay in delivery and they charge me extra money for delivery without extra money they not deliver us . Pls look into the matter and do the needfull action.

    I hope you will take required action as soon as possible against dealer and supplier.

    I am a H.P L.P.G customer with consumer no. 602403.I have booked for refil cylinder on 16.04.08 and the H.Pagency at Ettumanoor Kottayam district Kerala state have allotted 1604 as booking no.Till date they have not delivered the same.Whenever contacted over phone, they have the stock reply that tomorrow the gas will be delivered . The nonchalance of the agency creates much difficulties for me as Ihave a single cylinder connection.
    I earnestlly request you to take urgent steps to curb the wanton ways of the agency and to see to it that refil gas is is delivered to the customer in time.

    HPCL LPG GAS — NON DELIVERY IN DELAY IN DELIVERY

    Dear sirs with this I would like to bring to your kind notice the high handedness of the distributor I have a LPG connection of HPCL from m/s Mewar Jawa Gas agency UDAIPUR.last month I booked a cylinder which was not delivered to me but their record showed delivered and i was asked to book once again which was done by me ON 29th Aug. and since last four days every time on enquirying I am told that it will be delivered today but it has not been so far I am afraid this time it will meet the same fete, can any one look into the matter and help.

      Delay in supply of LPG Cylinder

      I am kailash chand chejara living in shrimadhopur (sikar) Raj. I am regular consumer of B.P Gas. The name of Agency is Pawan Gas Agency Reengus (sikar).the distributer of this agency make irregularty in supply. After booking near about 20 days takes in supply.where as some approachful consumer gets same day or after 1-2 day why so? On gas booking via mobile SMS he does not give
      Gas booking No. after 40 days.
      Formerly whole consumer’s of this area were connected
      To this agency but due to bad behaviour all consumer’s had transferred their conection to other HP agency.

      The behaviour of distributer also not good. Some days ago aggrasive and disguish consumer send a memoranda to SDM.
      I resquet to look in to matter and arrange a suitable regular supply.

        Yedu Gas Agency , u call it as biggest headache to get ur gas refilled. everytime u try to call, it would be either busy or there would be no one to attend ur call. i cant understand where all these run away , or where r these people busy on phone. that phone is provided to attend the cunsumer calls or for keeping the reciever side to the phone. i am continuesly trying to call these irresponsible person from last 5-6 days and there is no one alive to pick my phone incase if it rings or otherwise it would b busy.

        I hve suffurred allot. Its my request to M/s Yedu Agency to hire some responsible staff who are interested to attend the cunsumer calls.

          I Mukesh kumar "Gas Connection no-12576" complaint against M/S i S & P. gas agency Alaknanda delhi that I have booked my gas on 29 march Booking no. 9790 but till date i have not recieve my cylender when i asked him to send the Gas they reply we will send tomorrow (i have talk more then 5 time regarding the same but I did not received any response. Most of the time they keep it engazged, and if it is ringing nobody answers.

            i am a consumer of ioc for lpg my cust.no:04232 my area distributor is siddhartha enterprises.i have booked a gas on 5th march 2010 they had said me thave it will take 20days after that time has over but i had not received the gas every time i book the gas but i will not receive the gas.after going their and enquiry they say that they have delivery the gas,but i have not received the gas.every time this happening.please kinkly enquiry about this with siddhartha enterprises.that they are delivering it to consumer or selling in the black market

              We have approched M/s Sondhi Gas, J-Block Market, Saket, New Delhi for new gas connection . He denied to give us gas connection without Stove,
              inspite of the fact we have new gas stove.
              On 23rd March 10 they alloted me gas connection with gas stove . but till date he has not given me gas cylinder while he charged for it from me.
              Pls help me i am in urgent requirement of gas cylinder.

              We have approached M/s Pawan Gas Service for new gas connection . He denied to give us gas connection without Stove, inspite of the fact I give a complaint for Indane Company and my complaint no. is 642417 and they assured to me that your problem is short out within 48 hrs. but till date he has not given me gas connection and no reply against my complaint. .
              Pls help me i am in urgent requirement of gas cylinder.

                    Refill Cylinder not delivered - Rashmi Gas Agency Sub Agent (Mr. Hemant) - Bangalore -Hoskote.
                    Consumer No: 34215
                    My last gas was delivered 1 1/2 months ago and had to wait 15 days to lapse until I am allowed to book the gas again, and another 20 days since the last gas was booked, the Hoskote gas agent only promises to supply the Gas cylinder the following day but when the next day comes he says the load has not come (this is going on for more than 1 week) . My house cooking is now done on a kerosine stove, and we have slipped back into dark ages.
                    It is rumored that gas is sold in black by Rashmi Gas agency and its sub agency but I do not have the proof. However the way the sub agency at Hoskote does business give strong crediblity to the rumour. I am not given a receipt for the gas cylinder. I do not get door delivery. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited - LPG Business Unit, I appeal to you on behalf of hundreds of affected consumers - fix this problem. I am now considering moving to another supplier Indane or HP ...

                      hi iam costomer of Indane gas from last 10years...
                      but i always found bad service

                      our agency name SRI SIDDHABHIRAV GAS AGENY, ICHAPURAM SRIKAKULAM DIST

                      we always book in advance in every month but we are not getting gas delivery to home and if we went the ofice also we are not getting gas, the agency is selling the gas in black. they are not boathering about the customers and selling the gas to orissa people whome not having gas books.if we ask also they are not ready to listen


                      if it is happen we will be going to media and police and we will stop using INDANE gas and we might destroy ....
                      please dont take silly.....
                      plzzzzzzz go there and find out from customer and you react, oyherwise we have to react..............

                        Hi... I Uday Bhan Singh customer of Sangam Vihar(C-274, School Road, New Holi Chownk, Sangam Vihar) Gas agency. I am not happy with services of this agency from last 6 months. I have many issues :
                        1 For booking or any kind of query phone number are not working.#
                        2 Minimum delivery time is 15 to 20 days.
                        3 Every time we have to book our gas cylender atleast twice or thrice.
                        4 Am not getting full gas cylender at the time of delivey.


                        This is my humble request to you take the necessary action.

                        LPG Gas — No door delivery & very late supply

                        Dear Sir,

                        First of all I want to inform you that i have written complation to you before my last delievery in Oct. 07 but there was no result. Again I am writting with a hope that you will take some action.
                        My consumer number is 16217316, the name of the distributor is Shiv Shanti Gas Agency,agency code 11309800, Pune, Maharastra. I booked gas on 23rd Nov. booking no. 15201, but I have not received gas yet. I contected them so many times they always says that gas will deliever tomorrow but tomorrow never comes.

                        We are always facing same problem. Whenever our gas exhausted completely then we are forced to go to their office & get it after some hot talk in the office. But i want to inform you that delievery boys are always redy to give gas in black, it mens gas shortage is not there.

                        i have booked a LPG Gas cilender...and my booking no. is 8356 and booking agency is Kitchen Queen, MG Road, Raipur (Chhattisgarh, 492001) on 22.01.2008, but LPG Cilender is not reached me on 25.01.2008...when i'm going to borrow gas cilender from company godown, godown in charge say that talk to the agency manager, after that when i'm talking to the agency head,he said meet me i'll gave u..what is that,means consumer is a fool,and indane gas staff's are very...............

                        I have booked my gas no.12682 for supplying a filled gas cylinder on 26.2.2008 at Sonkar Gas Services, Arya Nagar, Kanpur on his telephone number[protected]. On today's date, he has not supplied the filled gas cylinder. Every time he has taken 15 to 20 days for supplying the filled gas cylinder. Please enquire about my complaint. In our I.I.T. Kanpur gas distributors, he has always supplied the gas second day of the booking. Please look into this matter and take action against him immediately.

                        LPG Gas — Poor service

                        Dear Sir,
                        When we call the delear (Indane gas/ Chayanika/calcutta)he hardly receives a call, when customer books a gas he was told that it will be delivered after 3/4 days, But the boys who deliver the cylinder gives it to other customer for Rs 400 (instead of 300) can't u make it a stict process 'that if the person is not availble at home, it will be delivered to next person, & they took charge Rs 10 extra to bring it on 1st floor, is there any rule like this?
                        Pl do the needful at the earliest
                        I have booked for delivery of LPG gas against my cusumer no.34892 on 31st of May, 2008 but still the agency Yadu Gas Service, D-33, Site -4 Sahibad Industrial Area, Sahibabad, U.P. did not supply gas which causing very problem to me. When I communicate with the on telephone they repply that gas will delivered within next one hour. Therefore I request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue.
                        My son is a customer of Bharatgas at Anil Enterprises 16/6, Mathura road Faridabad-121002. Their phone remains busy mostly. I rangup from my mobile just standing in front of the sales girl in her office and found it was giving engaged tone although no body was talking on phone. I asked if the phone was defective. She replied, No. I said why it was giving engaged tone. She immediately placed the receiver properly. This is done intentionaly to harass customers so that they come to agency to book and collect the gas cylinder personally.
                        Recently, a person came to our residence and introduced himself as an engineer from Bharatgas. He said he would do the servicing and charge Rs.40.00 + cost for replacement of parts. When asked to show copy of orders he replied that I should contact Anil Enterprises. I said our gas had no problem. He said, " I might not get next supply if I did'nt comply.
                        It is observed that generally unauthorised persons visit and harras ladies when there is no male member present. This is very risky.
                        Now my request is that I am a retired engineer. I can clean the burner and nozzle and can replace the tube myself with ISI mark tube when needed.What else is there in the gas stove. Is it compulsury to pay Rs. 40.00 periodically as per the desire of gas agency.
                        I shall be oblidged if a guide line is sent to me on my mail add.

                        LPG Gas — Telephones of local dealer constant no reply

                        Since last two days i am trying for indenting a new cylinder. How long people can pull on. Should we go personally for registering our gas cylinders ? You yourselves can try on both the numbers and perhaps you may realise the truth.

                        I had brought a Transfer Voucher (TV) from Rajkot, Gujarat, on relocation to Roorkee, Uttrakhand.

                        I submitted my TV to the local Gas Agency M/s Ekta Gas Agency, Avas Vikas, Roorkee on 16th May 2008.

                        Its over 2 and a half month from now, The agency is still denying my Transfer connection on the pretext that the agency has still not received the confirmation from my previous place at Rajkot.

                        It is heartening to me to learn that instead of the TV, had I applied for a fresh connection, I would have received it on the same day of booking.

                        Hope you will kindly intervene and restore justice to me.

                        We have a LPG connection of Indane with Local dealer M/s Raghu Gas Service, Khandsa road, Gurgaon. Connection no RT 3343. We have recd last refill on 26.6.2008 and afterwards we booked it on 09.07.2008 but still we have not recd the LPG. Again we talked to the people and they booked it again 27.08.2008 but unfortunately still we have not recd the LPG till date. I visited this agency personally on 04.09.2008 and they assured that we will get the gas 0n 4.9.08 but today is 9th but still we have not recd the gas.

But the major problem is that the owner donot give the delivery timingly. More over he used to black the cylinders.                         I would like to bring your attention towards the Neelkanth Gas Agency, an Indane LPG gas distributor at Vashisht Park, Sagarpur, Opp. Janak Cinema, New Delhi.

                        Not only me, but I am sure that most of his customers are unsatisfied from their service. No one gets his gas refilled without reminding them minimum 4-6 times. It takes months time to deliver the gas refill and many times sold black, because when we ask from them they gave us reply that your cylinder is already deliver in our record. There delivery man Mr.Chanchal always did this type of behave with customer and also people who is sitting in the office don’t care customer problem always say we are sending you tomorrow. This is recently happening with me I have visited their office and booked cylinder on 28/03/2009 when I asked from them on 02/04/2009 the reply came that cylinder already deliver yesterday and you visit in our office and we will see when I visited their office again on 06/04/2009 then told me you go and I am looking and today we must deliver cylinder but after 2 days wait I have not received cylinder on 08/04/2009 I again ring them then they told me we are delivering you tomorrow but till date I am suffering for the same. I have two cylinder and both are unfilled, please take action against them. The Neelkanth Gas agency contact numbers are[protected], 25382606. Till date I have remember more than 10 times including two personal visit at their visit.

                        We are sure that they use to distribute the refill in black.

                        I am a consumer of M/s Kavery Gas Agency, Malighat, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. I have to say that they do not distribute the gas in time as well as there is no proper arrangement of home delivery. There is no consistency and not a technique of distribution of the same. Sometimes those consumers are benefited whose booking date is current than those whose booking date is an earlier one. The agency says that they are regular but i can set one example of their irregularity and delay. One consumer having consumer No. KT-1668 has booked the cylinder on 13/10/2009 and till date he hasn't received the gas. My consumer No. is KT-1845. My booking date is 01/11/2009. So how can i expect that i will receive the gas. They should provide convenience to the consumers by making home delivery and in time but such is not the case. I have seen that i always ring to the agency and register my complain then they provide me the cylinder.
                        It is therefore requested you to plz look into it the problem.

                        I m the customer of Bharat Gas vide Customer Coupon No.14694 of Varshneya Gas Agency, Firozabad for last so many years. But I have faced some problems regarding refilling of LPG. Generally agency owners used the system as like -- If delivery date of earlier refill is 28.1.10 then the next booking will be booked after 21 days of earlier refill i.e. 18.2.10, after that 11-15 days time required for delivery of LPG. Therefore the difference of one refill to another refill comes to 32 to 35 days or more. So I want to please suggest me regarding refilling period of 1st refill to another. In the meantime, I asked to Godown Incharge regarding delivery period, who has used philthy language against me and my Book had thrown on the floor and the Godown Incharge charged Rs.330/- from the customer instead of Rs.310/- for one refill. He has forced to purchase Biscuits, Tea etc. So you are requested to take necessary action against the agencyholder.

Consumer Relations Centre number is also not working. please try and improve the service as i have come across complaints about the said agency from other people.

                        this is regarding gas connection by the name of santokh singh, no.9696, addressed D-9, sandhu colony, chheharata, amritsar.

                        the service provider named TEMPLE CITY, chheharata, amritsar, gave a wrong cylinder. their employee named SAGAR gave cylinder of shell gas at home. when we complained at office of same gas agency, all tried to shield him, and no one responded to take responsibility and said only one word, that we must not have taken the cylinder.

                        when ever I was calling they replying me we will dispatch with in 2 days but till I was not get any cylinder

                          This is complaint against -

                          Guruprasad Indane agency
                          shop ni 31. shalimar apt ,
                          aundh road , pune 411020.

                          I don't have gas in my house since 2 weeks. The whole first week we tried calling guruprasad gas agency but no one either picked up call or there number came switched off. With lots of effort i finally got hold of there mobile number and asked the person to book cylinder on 16th November,monday. the person took my consumer number. When again on thursday i called up the guy he said your cylinder is not yet booked , he said we don't take booking on mobile phone.This is the way they make you fool.I even complained your landlines are not working and all.
                          He said you will have cylinder on saturday.When i called up on saturday they said u just made booking on last thursady you cannot be allocated a cylinder. I told that i had call with person whoes mobile number is this [protected].They finally got convinced and said you will have cylinderdlivered on sunday and gave me the number of delivery boy.
                          When i caled him on sunday he said its holiday and sahab doesn't have any cylinder and will deliver only on monday.

                          They are most the disgusting distributers i have ever come across. I am totally helpless in this situation and living without cylinder for 2 weeks. They make you fool evrytime saying you will have cylinder by this date and all. I have to goto office on weekdays and how will i now manage getting cylinder from them on monday .
                          Please look into working process of this agency. They should be punished for making fool out of innocent people.

                            Sir,
                            my brother is holding an indane oil gas connection and its customer no. is 29758 and card serial no. is 0187543 in the name of Dinesh Singh.

                            He has been assigned to replenish his cylenders at Devki Gas Service,Gorakhnath,Gorakhpur but despite the intimely booking they have never delivered it in time even after repeatative complaints as i booked for delivery on date 23rd august 2009 with a booking serial no.59 but so for its not been delivered even after two and a half months.

                            now i urge you to take an appropriate action in this regard and do something so as to make me get my deliveries now and in future as well.

                              LPG gas connection no.P3080 in the name of Late Smt. Soma Rani Jain ,house no. 112, choti durga badi,Meerut, UP is to be transferred in the name of Ms. sarita Jain D/o Smt Soma Rani Jain. The application was made to M/s Passi gas service,Merrut cantt. on 3-8-2008 with all necessary documents On repeated requests also the agency did not transfer the gas connection.Insead they have demanded Rs. 1800/- for transfer of gas connection and have disconnected gas connection on[protected].Ms. sarita Jain is the legal heir of Smt. soma Jain after her death and has inherited the above said house in Meerut and the demand of Rs. 1800/- is not understood.Please take necessary action and expedie restore and transfer of connection in the name of Sarita jain

                                    I, M.L.Kapoor has booked a gas cylinder on 14th may vide consumer no. 2845 to our agent M/s. Bright Gas Agency at B.K.Paul in Kolkata, West Bengal.
                                    Almost every day I try to contact the distrbutor, either they don't bother to pick up the phone or they say they are sending it.Either they should give the correct reason for the delay or a definite date of delivery instead of keeping the customer under suspence. We are been used forced to use stove as we dont have an alternative.
                                    Pls look into this matter urgently as to why this delay and not responding properly to the our request.

                                    I am consumer of indane gas 34839.i live in gurgaon.my agency name is RAGHU GAS AGENCY, KHANDSA RD GURGAON.I BOOKED MY GAS BEFORE 20 DAYS.TILL NOW I COULD N'T RECEIVE GAS CLINDER.I TRIED TO CALL GAS AGENCY SO MANY TIMES, BUT NO BODY PICK UP PHONE.EVERY TIME IT'S BUSY.
                                    We have booked for a gas cylinder first week of november and we have not got the cylinder till date. Numerous calls have been made to enquire about the delay but the attendant simply puts us on hold and never responds.

                                    13th November was the promised delivery date but there is no sign of the cylinder whatsoever. The response and attitude of the people working there is shocking and this is just hieght of violation of consumer rights.


                                    Our consumer no. is 16825 and the Address of service for Bharat Gas is :

                                    i have a HP connection, its in RURAL AREA, my problem is

                                    1) there is no fixed timing or day of getting the cylinder, (they said tue & sat) but not get these days regularyl

                                    2) no home delivery

                                    3) Bharat gas cylinder cost Rs. 340/- for non home delivery BUT HP GAS takes 370/- for non home delivery & said he has to pay extra tax, as he has to unload first at city godown, then 2 thing when it comes to rural area he has to pay octrai taxes that's why we take 370/- as there is no godown in rural areas, he has to unload first in his city godown, then supply to rural aresa.

                                    its legal that the Single HP AGENCY has supply both in Urban & Rural,
                                    if he has no godown in rural area, its right that consumer has to pay the extra amount of 30/- per cylinder for tax, & non delivery.

I have booked for refill on 21.11.2009 at above said gas agency but yet not delivered the refill even after several request. The cylinder has not yet been delivered whenever I personally approach. Such situation exists for the last one and half years. Every time it so happens. Kindly intervene into the matter and help me.                                     Gajraula gas service delivery is very poor. After booking of gas, they deliver after 10-15 days after given several reminders by phone or personally. However, it should deliver within 24 hrs.I have given several complains but no action was taken by agency.They book the gas after 21 days after receiving the previous order and 15 days more for delivery. How a consumer used a gas cylinder 35 to 40 days.Please ensure the proper delivery. Delivery persons are provided the gas to out side agencies with additional cost immediately.Black marketing is on top rather than actual consumer supply. Please do the needful.

                                    I am a Indane LPG gas cosumer with registrastion No. 2439 with Narain Gas Service, Aliganj, Lucknow. I had booked for refill by online system on 31st Oct, 2011 with token No. 235138. On 6th Nov. I got message on my mobile that cash memo has been made and gas is supplied. Till todate[protected], no gas cylinder delivered at my door is received. I do not know when I will get the gas cylinder. Can you please advise me in the matter as what can be done in such cases and where to report and how to resolve such cases???

                                    Dear Sir/Madam
                                    I am consumer of the Gas Agencies ‘Kiran Gas Service’ (Address: corp. market Nirala Nagar Lucknow situated at IT Crossing, Lucknow). Agency is not servicing properly and delivering timely. So we customers suffer and sleep many times with empty stomach. Please notice the following complaint against agency.
                                    • However, we booked gas timely but they have given only 12 cylinders in the duration of one year[protected] to[protected].
                                    • The employees in the agency are misbehaving with customers.
                                    • There cylinders contain lesser gas and we can not return cylinder because of our so emergent need.
                                    • Many times they are not receiving calls on phone or putting receiver not properly on the telephone after talking so that their telephone becomes engaged.
                                    • Before computerized booking system they were not booking gas timely, however, now, we are able to book gas after introducing computerized booking system.

                                    I will be thankful to you if you take necessary action.

                                          I booked gas for home delivery on 12-01-09 but till today 29-01-09 not delivered. In this connection, number of times reminded to representative of said Gas Agency. They always say MAL NAHI HAI and at this time he is saying about absence of Delivery boy. This is not first time, we always have to remind while phone numbers always busy.I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. In this regard, you are requested to take necessary action against owner Mr. Kamal and others of Gas Agency and arrange to provede filled cylender. I hope you shall take strong action and instruct to them for not repeating this type of mis-chief otherwise I shall be knowing the door of Court

                                          my self, devendra kumar jain . i have booked a new gas connection on 16nov2008 by online and i found my registration number to be 100718 at18march2009.so till today i have not got my gas connection from our locality dealer i.e.behera gas enterprises, titilagarh, dist-bolangir(orissa) though i have compliant regading this matter to our renewal manager bbsr and area manager samblepur and no action has been taken yet, one letter was also send to the dgm kolkata but nothing happened.

                                          one should understand the most important domestic needs of human that is lpg.
                                          the autority dealer along with rm, am and all other colleageus are miss utilising the position of there power of being the authority of lpg gas.

                                          hence, i hope that you will take severe action towards this matter.

                                            I CONTACTED M/S. NUVDEEP MALA ENT, GAS AGENCY AT SCO-79, SECTOR-16-D, CHANDIGARH, TO BOOK FOR A NEW GAS CONNECTION. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY ASKED ME TO BUY A NEW GAS KIT(CHULA) ALONG WITH THE NEW CONNECTION BY SAYING IT TO BE THE COMPANY'S POLICY, OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE CONNECTION.

                                            NOW, AS I AM ALREADY HAVING AN ISI MARKED CHULA AND I AM NOT IN A NEED FOR A NEW ONE, I WANT TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS AND WANT TO CONFIRM IS IT NECASSARY TO BUY THE WHOLE GAS KIT WITH A NEW CONNECTION OR NOT?.

                                            KINDLY TAKE A NECASSARY ACTION SO THAT WE SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IN FUTURE.

                                              I am a previous customer of LPG Gas cylinder distributor M/s Tirupati Balaji and Associates Sec-05, Rohini, Delhi-85 (Tel:27042000/4000/6000) connection No:ZOT-26386, after sealing this agency connection transfered to M/s. Kandari Gas, connection No. km-2949 Sector-2, Rohini, Delhi, Tel No. 27519710 & 6515303 i am checking the booking status, one cylender booking after 21 days next cylender booking the status. but i have only one cylender, previosouly i am booking after 15 days. And every time i am talk to agecy person for issue my 2 nd cylinder but not response till date. let me know that confirm date of my 2 nd cylender issue. Kindly take necessary action in this regard.

                                                Myself Tarun Himmatlal Shethia from Mundra (Kutch) district of Gujarat State, need your valuable guidance regarding new connection for LPG.

                                                I have registered for New LPG Connection 28.09.2007 at Nirmal Gas Agency, Mundra (Kutch). Today I went to visit the office of the same for my new connection. He told me go purchase Stove alongwith new connection which is compulsory.

                                                When I visited your website for the same the matter was something different. On your website it is clearly stated that it is not compulsory to purchase the stove with the new connection.
                                                Secondly the behaviour of the vendor was very rude which hurt me.

                                                Presently I have stove with me and don’t want to buy the new stove. Is it possible to get the New LPG connection in this state, please guide me for the same.

                                                I am planning to register the complaint against the vendor in Consumer Protection Cell for the same by Monday.

                                                I will appreciate if you can guide me in the same regard at the earlist.

                                                I too strictly go with the above complaint. Me too facing the same problem with Indane Distributor in Bangalore (Jyothi Gas Agency, Seshadripuram area).

                                                Person in charge over there was rude with me and forcing to get the new stove or challenging of getting new LPG connection.

                                                It beings the doubt, whether its a complusion from distributors or from Indian Oil Corporation itself.

                                                So I request to take a serious action against this issue.

                                                  sir, i am the consumer o[censored]r lp gas, obtained gas connection from ur local agency at Siddipet town and Medak Dist wide no.605873 in the year 1998, sevenmonths back i loose my gas booking book and original connection receipt, in this regard i visit several times the concerned agency persons to issue duplicate and iam ready to bare costs of the book but my efforts are failed. so it is requested that what is the procedure to obtained dupliate pass book and direct you authorites to issue duplicate gas booking book to me

                                                  It is to bring in your kind notice that I am regular & valuable customer of your agency but, from last few months I am facing problem of delay in supply of LPG cylender after booking.

                                                  1.I booked my cylender on dtd.06.09 .08 but recd my cylender on dtd.16.12 .08 it took 101 days for delivery.

                                                  2.I booked my cylender on 12-01-09 but, till date I have not recd deleivery of cylender.

                                                  You are requested to kindly take necessary action other wise I will be lodging complaint against you in consumer fourm & with Hindustan Petrolium for the same.

                                                    I was a LPG consumer with M/S Maha Laxmi Gas Service, Subhanpura Road, Vadodara. Now I am shifted form Vadodara to Roorkee(Uttarakhand).Here in Roorkee I submitted all the transfer related papers to EKTA GAS AGENCY & completed all the required formalities on dated 23 jan 2008.Almost 2 month has alreay been over but still they have not provided me the connection.Now the concern person is saying, he is not able to provide the connection, so withdraw the papers after two month of submission of the papers.Let me clear the company policy regarding the transfer case.Before this transfer I faced 4 transfer in last five years but I have not faced such type of problem even a single time.
                                                    THIS DEALER IS NOT MAINTAINING ANY SYSTEM, SO KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST HIM & ASK HIM TO PROVIDE THE CONNECTION TO ME IMMEDIATELY.

                                                      Thus, I request you to kindly enquiry on him. Agency Venders is Openly sold black Market price rate Rs. 450/- to Rs. 460/- each Cylinder and boldly faceing the Vender you go to complain any LPG Authority. I have no problem any complain.

                                                        I regret having to inform you that, I am not getting LPG gas cylinder (for domestic) from your dealer 'Blue Flame' of Raja Rammohan Sarani, Kolkata-700 009 within the reasonable time. Whenever I book the cylinder they deliver after month or even more than that time.
                                                        Being an aged lady, it is very difficult to visit evry time to the said dealer to intimate them about the delivery, I therefore, would like to request you that, please do the needful for redressal of this complaint as early as possible.

                                                          i want to book my complaint against "Nirmala gas agency",16,Saket Apartment,G S T Road, Ranip, Ahmedabad, 382480, India

                                                          they people do not pick the phone or it is always busy.
                                                          If somehow i book the gas refill request,they say they have booked but they do not book it.
                                                          Since last two times even i have booked gas bottle by ph i have to go personally to book it again.Even their behaviour of replying is not good showing their carelessness towards the job.
                                                          Also these people are not ready to listen anything.
                                                          Also they say they are not responsible for telebooking..
                                                          How to tackle them i dnt know.
