EVERY TIME WE HAVE TO GO TO THEIR OFFICE TO BOOK THE GAS CONNECTION. WE ARE FACING HARASSMENT AT THEIR END. WHICH CAUSES LOT OF INCONVENIENCE AS I AM AN OLD LADY AND I HAD TO GO TO THE AGENCY PERSONALLY EVERY TIME TO BOOK MY GAS.

I SUSHEEL CHOUDHARY GRADUATE ENGINEER ( RESIDENT OF OLD GOVINDPURA EXTN DELHI -51) WAS WANDERING SINCE LAST ONE YEAR FOR BOOKING A NEW GAS CONNECTION FROM YOUR INDANE DISTRIBUTOR IN RASHID MARKET & THE PERSON SITING THEIR WAS NOT GIVING ME THE NEW CONNECTION AS HE ALWAYS SAYS THAT BOOKING CLOSED & TO COME AFTER ONE MONTH . I AM VERY MUCH ANGRY FOR THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR FROM SUCH A REPUTED ORGANISATION IOCL AS I HAVE A GOOG LINKS IN GOVT OFFICES THIS ATTITUDE OF YOUR DISTRIBUTOR REFLECTS THE AGENCIES NEGATIVE IMAGE.

I got my connection confirmed on 14/12/07 and my consumer no. is A6891 and still I have yet not received my Lpg gas cylinder and every time when asking for the cylinder by visiting the agency in person, they are always giving postponing dates and reasons like stock not available,no regulators etc,.Hence I kindly request the officials to look into the problem and provide the necessary solution ASAP

Dear siri am presently kgf(karnataka) working in BEML LTD.I have applied for new gas connection to local HP dealer M/s sarvanana gas services on 19/07/2008 and my registration no is 360. After applying so many times i have contacted the dealer but every time he is replying that there is no allotment and company has stopped issuing new gas connection and he has waiting list since december 2007.I want to know when i will get new gas connection and what is status of allotment, really it is fact that hp has stopped givimg new gas connection? plz look at this matter .

Irregular Supply of LPG Refill
I Deepti Balodi , D/o Sh S N Balodi resident of 2 New Cantt road Dehradun having a LPG connection in the name of my father (Sh S N Balodi) with the Amardeep gas agency at Kawali Road Dehradun. The above said company is distributor of Bharat gas.
I have book a refill on 22/11/07 but I have not received my refill till date .This is not a first time, every time we have to struggle for refill.

they people do not pick the phone or it is always busy.
If somehow i book the gas refill request,they say they have booked but they do not book it.
Since last two times even i have booked gas bottle by ph i have to go personally to book it again.Even their behaviour of replying is not good showing their carelessness towards the job.
Also these people are not ready to listen anything.
Also they say they are not responsible for telebooking..
How to tackle them i dnt know.
