L&T are calling me frequently and despite rejecting their offer they did not Stop but continue to harrass me, it's really effecting my work as they call whenever they want and when asked that I am not available to speak they ignore and just continue to speak their offer.

I got a fake call from this number ([protected]).and they asks for my details and said we are calling from l&t. We are hiring bulk of engineers for our company need and requirement.i send 2000rs and 500rs for seat confirmation and seat allotement process..I really trusted that person..but then he is asking for another 6800rs from me...now i realised that it was a fake call...please help me to make refund that i send.

Subject :- Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct and Damage Caused by L&T Sewer Project in Kirari.

I am writing this letter to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the unprofessional manner in which the L&T Sewer Project in Kirari is being executed, particularly with regards to the conduct of their contractors, engineers, site construction supervisors, and laborers. The purpose of this letter is to formally bring to your attention the issues that have arisen due to their negligence and request immediate action to address the situation.

It has been approximately 60 days since L&T initiated the sewer project in our locality. While their efforts to install sewer pipelines are appreciated, their approach and execution have been anything but professional. The problems I wish to highlight are as follows:

Damage to Property and Road: The contractors and workers associated with L&T have carelessly and recklessly dug up the land and installed sewer pipelines in a way that has severely damaged the road and surrounding infrastructure. The road is now in a state of disrepair, posing serious inconvenience to pedestrians, residents, and vehicles alike. This has disrupted daily life for everyone in the area.

Lack of Consideration for Residents: The absence of proper planning and execution has resulted in an unsafe and uncomfortable living environment for the residents. The broken road poses a hazard to pedestrians and is also causing difficulties for vehicular traffic. The noise, dust, and chaos caused by the construction activities are negatively impacting the quality of life for those who live nearby.

Failure to Address Complaints: I have already attempted to address this issue by submitting a complaint to the area engineer. However, despite raising my concerns, there has been no discernible improvement in the situation. It is disheartening to see that my efforts have not yielded any results so far.

Considering the gravity of the situation and the urgency to restore normalcy, I kindly request the following actions:

A thorough investigation into the activities of L&T contractors, engineers, and site supervisors in the Kirari Sewer Project.
Immediate measures to rectify the damage caused to the road and surrounding infrastructure.
Regular monitoring and oversight of ongoing construction activities to ensure compliance with professional standards and guidelines.
Adequate compensation for the inconveniences caused to residents and property owners due to the unprofessional conduct of L&T and its affiliates.
I understand the complexities of managing such projects, but it is essential to prioritize the welfare and safety of the residents affected by these activities. I believe that with your intervention, these issues can be addressed promptly and effectively.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and your commitment to ensuring the well-being of the community. Please keep me informed about the progress made in addressing these concerns. I look forward to a prompt resolution to the problems outlined in this letter.

We are owner of the house QQQ/3, Civil township, Rourkela 769004. We have started the sewerage connection but the level of the branch point seems to be at a higher level and the water from the our house to the branch point will not happen.
So we have raised a complaint in L&T you to look into this and do the necessary changes at the branch point of sewerage lane.

I got a mail from l&t saying that you have selected for l&t job interview and you have to pay 6999 as interview registration fees and that will also be refunded.After I paying the amount of 6999 he said that you have to pay with gst so you have to pay 8258 along with GST again and he said that whole amount will be refunded later.Then I asked about refund process he didn't responded.Please help me with this.

My name is R Rajakumari.
I had taken 20 debentures on 24.03.2012. I have not redeemed them even after lock in period. I am from Bangalore and there is no one to help us on this. L & t being such a big name, and not a single soul to help us. All the toll free numbers are unanswered. Are we safe with our money invested or done some mistake by investing.

In Salem-Cochin Highway there was a Toll Plaza in Eachanari area, Coimbatore District, Tamilnadu. Now this Toll is Unmanned; but the Cameras and other equipments are still on. There is no Toll gate also. As per Media reports, this Toll has been closed, but Toll tax is being collected through FASTTAG, but there is no cash collections.
On 15.10.2021 and 17.10.2021, I have used this road in my car no:TN99F4386 and Rs. 34/- (17+17) was charged from my Paytm account.
The SMS received on 17.10.2021 is attached.
Pl investigate and arrange to remove the Cameras etc., if the Toll is closed. Also arrange to refund the unauthorised Toll Tax of Rs.34/- collected from my account.

In South Balabagyanagar, we are living in the 5th Main Street. L&T has took the contract for the area drainage system and laid pipelines and constructed collection pits throughout our area. All work they did was of poor quality and they damaged all the street interior roads and main road. This leads to lot of stagnation of drainage and rain water affecting the pedestrian and all modes of transport. Many old age people had fall down and met with lot of accidents. in our house, my wife and my brother-in-laws hows their son and his father, every one got hurt. We made lot of oral complaints to the corporation and even to L&T people. No once has taken any action.

I request the Dinamalar to please help us to come out of this situation by making this issue as a public welfare issue, publishing this matter by sending your reporters to take photographs and understand the real situation in our area.

L&t company had dig road 3 time for 24 hours water supply but there is 24 hours supply yet. Meanwhile it damaged our water supply 3 times and sewer hole 2 times. We are highly harrased by their service.
