I am senior citizen and had purchased 1000 Bonds of Long Term Infrastructure Bonds 2012A series of Rs. 1000 each in 2012.

I have not yet received cheque for redemption amount which had fallen due on 24/03/2022.

I m. Gopala krishna account holder in l&t housing finance limited in begumpet hyderabad branch details a/c no. Hydhl18000151 purchased a plot no. 285part (West side portion) area of 150 sq. Yards. By taking loan from lthfl the sale deed document no. Is 8134/2018 location of the plot situated in subhash nagar, qutbullapur mandal in the month of april 2018.
The rest of the portion is plot no. 285part (East side portion) area around 150 sq. Yards by k. Laxmi durga a/c no. Hydhl18000xxx purchased a plot by taking loan from lthfl the sale deed document no. Is 8135/2018 on the same day.

For the above plot no. 285 area 300 sq. Yards & sale deed doc no. 11468/2003, s. R. O. Medchal and contain one original link document no. 6808/1979 bhagya lakshmi housing co-operative housing society ltd.,.

Recently i went to l&t hfl office and requested to them a list of documents of my account where i am noticed that my loan account no. Hydhl18000151 is holding my original sale deed only remaining two original link documents aare not there, then i am started enquiry on this matter then i came to notice that the two original link documents doc no. 11468/2003, & other original link document no. 6808/1979 is handed over the owner of the plot no. 285part (East side portion) a/c no. Hydhl18000xxx sale deed document no. Is 8135/2018.

This is totally injustice to me that both the original link documents should not handed over to only one, the lthfl has to distribute between the above two owners, but unfortunately or fortunately both the documents with one owner that is sale deed document no. Is 8135/2018 now they take over loan to pnb. This is the mistake done by lthfl.
So, i am requesting to lthfl officials they should provide me the one original link document with a/c no. Hydhl18000151.

Myself dinesh kumar consumer no. Kgb127026s[protected] has taken a loan against tata ace on 30/12/2015. I was liable to clear the loan in 36 months. The first installment had to be paid by neft by 05/02/2016 whose details i have made available to the company twice but the company received the the particular installment on18/02/2016 by cheque. For proof bank statement's copy was attached. From then, till now i have been continuously duly paying the installments by neft. Then too the company issued a summon against me on 04/08/2018. The company also took the vehicle under it's custody on 05/08/2018 without any prior notice. On whose behalf the company penalised me with 13200 inr (In cash) without providing any receipt and also a sum of 26, 500 inr by cheque in favour of company. Thereafter released my vehicle. As per case no. Cs/63558/18, i have to appear against the 13th metropolitan magistrate court at calcutta. Therefore i request you to please look into the matter and provide me the necessary relief against the injustice caused. I have paid 35 installments in total.
