This Builder is a big cheat !!! He is using our money to finance his old projects without paying us any interest. He is not starting the construction of the new project since a very long time now. The sales staff and the management are all liars !! Only giving false promises & making excuses. Never buy any project from Lushlife builders....

Hi,
I, Vishal Desai had made 20% payment of 8.65L in July 2013 to Lushlife builders for their Project - CENTRO located at Handewadi road, Pune. This project was recommended by PropTiger who are channel partners of the builders. PropTiger as well as Lushlife Developers assured me the possession of the property by March 2016.
However, even as of current date (June 2015) the construction has not commenced. Lushlife as well as Proptiger...
