On 11jan 2018 i ordered adidas nmd balck size 8 shoes for myself from luxury junctions instagram account from where he directed me to its whatsapp where i ordered my shoes by paying through paytm the amount of 2100₹. The order was supposed to ship 3days after the order but at the time of writing this complaint it has not arrived yet (27-jan 2018) the costumer service haven't been answering my calls and just delaying the process of refund on whatsapp by assuring to do so but then ignoring again and again

I placed an order on their whatsapp no [protected] on 25th nov 2017 for 1200 rs but after placing the order they are not returning my calls and not giving me the order status. After lots of msgs and calls they replied by saying we dont have that shoe and you will have to choose another. But i told them i dont want any shoes return me my money and even me assured me before the purchase that the money will be refunded if you dont like the product but in this case i didnt even receive the product. I have started to think that this is some kind of scam.
