I ordered a bag from luxury mart whose amount is 998rs. After seeing the ad from an game. But I received a another bag which is totally different from the picture which I seen at the time of placing order and the amount is very high as compared the bag I received and also the bag is not in good quality. Now I want to return it and want my money back. But I can't connect with the company. Plz help ...

I ordered big bean bag on oct 1 st which is of worth rs.588 through the luxurymart.in. The amount was deducted from my account with reference no. But didn't receive any confirmation mail or msg. I contacted to the contact no : [protected]
E-mail : [protected]@gmail.com. Contact no is temporarily out of service from oct 1 to till date. Mail failure demon.. Found a mail i'd for consumer support for luxury mart in net [protected]@gmail.com and mailed on 3rd oct. So far no response from that i'd.
