This appointment was denied and even the charges if ₹300 was denied and i was charged ₹500. Your appointment was totally irrelevant to them as the lady on the reception told me.."they don't entertain these appointments!" I feel your services are useless and misguiding. Had a disgusting and bad experience. 👎👎👎😤 Forwarding a mail regarding this episode...n going to put this with screenshots on the facebook page aswell!... NOT DONE😞

Lybrate appears to be a fraudulent company.
I paid money for an 'online consultation' with a doctor. The site mentioned that the usual response time is between 4-12 hours. I patiently waited for more than a week but no response.
I sent a mail to their customer care and got an automated reply saying 'we will get back to you within 24 hours". Again, no further response. I again sent a reminder email and no response.
Imagine if they simply charge a small amount like 200-300 bucks from every customer and then do not provide services. The customer will not bother much since this is a small amount and lybrate gets to make huge money by fraudulent means just like that by getting customer volumes.

I am an ayurvedic consultant practicing ayurveda for last twenty five years i have successfully treated number of patients suffering from chronic liver diseases and help them to avoid liver transplantation. I have join lybrate on january 18 and paid rupees twenty eight thousand three hundred. But now after three months as per their promise there no any response.

My appointment with kundan doctor was not satisfactory and the chat duration was 7 days but the doctor just sent one message which didn’t solve my issue so i want my refund and and guys at lybrate are not processing my refund and not even answering my call. Please do something. Lybrate is total fraud nobody should trust them. Amount is 550

Mainey lybrate ko dr. Rashmi patil dwara consultation ke liye ₹300 + net chr ₹ 30 = ₹ 330. Total full payment kia.
But muze abhi tak kuch consultancy nahi mila..
This is my first experience with lybrate. Jaha text consultant doctor available hai ya nahi online hai ya offline hai yeh bhi samaz nahi aata.
Aap pura details do baad mey ek do teen ghante baad koi word ka rpl milta hai.

These app system offer doctor available only at 9 to 9. But in this period not get a proper answers from doctor. Order id : 449-f481742f8a5a-879. Paid 300₹ consultation + 30₹ net charges = 330₹ recieved from me. But not solve a decise. Not solve querry from consulting prsn.. There is promo code 100₹ off but not working.. When we r in payment procedure..

Lybrate was providing online appointment of doctors. Recently i got appointment of dr k niranjan reddy through librayte. However when i tried to meet doctor after online appointment, roshini councelling center through whom i have to meet dr k niranreddy not allowed me. They said they dont have any tieups with lybrate. Could you please take appropriate action on lybrate and roshini councelling center.

Lybrate which is a online appointment of doctors tool. Recently i booked appointment for treatement with dr k niranjan reddy through lybrate. Roshini consultancy services which is a appointment for dr k niranreddy told that it has no links with lybrate. Ultimately i failed to get appointment. Roshini consultancy services asked us to lodge a complaint on lybrate.

Could you please look into matter and take action.

The lybrate customer care told me that the doctor provide you the prescription for the medicine, if you consult them private on lybrate.

So i purchased an online consultation on lybrate.com for gastroenterology doctor name mr. Rajeev shandil on 18th july 2017 with order id: 155-07eea90bce6e-872 for 230 rupees.

I talk to the doctor regarding my problem and told him about all the reports but the doctor is very smart one hand he told me that he is not able to provide the medicine with prescription and secondly he told me that he will orally told me the medicine name to my problem. So he told me name of some medicines and said that i go to my local area doctor and tell them these medicine name and take prescription from local doctor.

Guys no doctor can write the medicines of some third party doctor if you tell them orally to write the medicine of your choice.

So for this when i talk to lybrate for my refund, they replied me negatively and told me that the doctor provide me the first line treatment. Is this you call the first lime treatment that some doctor tell you the name of prescription medicines orally and said that if you want prescription just tell these medicines to your local area doctor and he will provide the prescription. I think no doctor would do that.

All the doctors that rae registered on lybrate are not quality doctors, they are those whose business is not running and not earning money and doen't have good qualifications.

I think everyone know that a quality doctor will never empty / stand up from his seat that he has to go online for earning money.

For solving this incident i talked and replied so many times to lybrate but they are not answering my query now. They just sit deaf and dumb.

So i am requesting you everyone please never go for online consultation and llab testing plans on lybrate and any other site or app.

Lybrate is totally fake. Their only business is to eat money and cheating customer. They biggest scammers and fraud-er.

Don't waste your precious money, just i waste. If you need treatment just directly just to the doctor's clinic for consultation.

Yesterday i booked an appointment with a doctor through the lybrate platform (Lybrate.com) by paying 500 rupees for a telephonic conversation of 10 minutes (Max). The time was fixed as 9.00 pm on april 2017. But when my call was connected the doctor was too busy and told me to call after 10 pm, but when i tried to contact after 10 pm my door to call the doctor through the app has been closed. After then i called the customer service several times but no solution was done. I want to inform that this platform lybrate is one of the most dangerous company and should be closed as early as possible. Because they are playing games with customer health, which is the worst thing to do.

Doctors are well no issue about that but this website providing such a wrong information about doctors consultation fees... I booked online appointment via www.lybrate.com to seen rates 250/- for first visit but when i actually visit to hospital opd there will charge me maximum 700/- when i discuss about rates so hospital account staff surely told me that this amount is correct no concession on online booking...

Hello my name is ankush ruhela, lybrate is fraud and have such unprofessional doctors, i have just booked text consulation from Dr. Sushil Kumar Sompu on lybrate worth rs. 220 and after the payment. I asked a question and he just copied a long article from google and replied which is already available for free. They don't know, how to consult patient. Asking money again and again for precscription. I am not satisfied.

LYBRATE mailed me lot many times when i came to know about the site, my family was suffering from some illness due to which i purchased a package of 440 rupees which garuanteed me a consultation of 15 days valid for consuting a single disease only, the doctor appointed was dr ramna banerjee (may be a fraud doctor) they had guaranteed me to get reply in 6 hours on my issue send to her by the lybrate app but more than 30-35 hours has passed i don't get any reply, i had contacted the customer care also three times but everything goes invain, atlast i came to know that i am not only the single they are frauding a lot of patients like this, so i request all my friends never to use this app, because taking risk to consult through these app is like to push a person towards death, and one more thing atfirst they will take some free questions to get your faith which will be answered by some homeo doctors without any patients, but after some time they will suggest you for paid consultation and from hete their fradship business begins, so it is much better to take a patie to the clinic, because these are the website which tread on humans and i request the central govt to close such kind of fake business which i like human traffickers(playing with health is same as trafficking). so please take some strict step on lybrate.com. for proper verification i am attaching some screen shot of the app which will provide the truth neatly
