Hi, my bus timing was at 7.45 pm from pune to bangalore., but the bus came very early and moreover the arrival timing is 8.15am but the bus driver is telling that it will reach at 11.00 am. I have urgent issues. And i need to reach by 9.00.. Seems now it is not possible. Pathetic service overall. The seats are also not maintained properly, and it's taking a lot of time in stops., which is why its arrival is late. Please resolve the issue.

Pnr no-91216, date of journey - 5th nov 2019, from sojat to banglore. Sit i book a ticket online in which pickup van facility is given from sojat to pali for picking pali to banglore bus. Yout fare is also morr as compare to pali due to pockup van facility from sojat. But on day of journey, your pickup did not come and i went to pali with my own money. If you did not giving me pickup van facility service than why are you charge me more fare. Kindly refund my extra charge you taken.

I am travelling with my friend from jaipur to jodhpur. Conductor forced me to pay 570 per person. He gave threat me if i will not pay i should leave the bus. Conductor was talking very roodly in bus only and stop bus somewhere in mid way at night 1 clock and forced both o[censored]s to leave bus so due to pressure i paid him whatever amount he asked it was 1140 inr for both o[censored]s.

I was travelling from surat to sirohi on 21-6-19 from m. R. Travels. I was shocked when driver and conductor both allowing illegal passengers in bus that also not 1 or 2 but more then 10 peoples. Shame on the bus operator who allowed such peoples on bus without give a damn to governments laws. Then dont care or have fear of laws in country. Many complaints have been raise till date as i saw in this form but do you think any action have been taken till date?? What about the safely of the passengers on board.

Boarded bus from lucknow to jaipur. I am not able to have a proper sleep because of mosquitos in bus, feeling pathetic as the bus is not cleaned properly and the boarding point was just right beside a drain/nallah. Also the ac is not working at all, feeling suffocated.

I am a regular traveler of mr travels, my general route is from jodhpur to jaipur.

Please accept my complaint request and take some action. I need refund and would never book this bus from now onwards.

Also the official timing as mentioned online for reaching jaipur is shown between 5-6am and the bus ticket collector is saying that it will reach by 8!.. This is like being stuck in a ### bus. Worst travel experience.

I travelled recently in mr travels. The online ticket showed a boarding point at 9:20pm at basni-jodhpur. I reached early and informed them. They told bus will be at 9:50pm from same place. At 9:50 they told the bus is from elsewhere and i have 10min to reavh. I took an auto at rs. 150 to reavh there somehow.

Barely after an hour, the bus rammed into a truck and front glass in front of passenger broke. It was horrible. The guys followed in reverse direction inspite of the passengers crying for reaching our destination. After an hour of drama, they followed on route.

They were horrible. They stopped at will at many plaaces. At around 5:30am, i found the bus to be stopped at a place. I had to reach urgently and so i had booked this bus expecting to reach 5:15 my place. To my surprise, the driver was sleeping in the berth. I enquired and finally reached out to the driver. The driver said he had been on duty for many hours. On my plead, he drove and i reached my destination at 7:30.

Conclusion: do not take this bus service!

I have booked online ticket for mr travels. They showed boarding point as sandeep travels, borivali mumbai.

Since i have booked ticket online. Sandeep travels guys misbehave with me like anything.

They throw me on road by saying that online bookings guy cant even stand here and abused alot to me.

The bus was 3 hours late so there was no option for me to stand and waiting for bus.
So obviously as per ticket boarding point i will stand there only at sandeep travels but they need really bad misbehave with.

This all incident happened with me today 04th november 2018.

So either they have to deregister there boarding point from online booking system or they have to allow to stand and treat good to all passengers.

If i have not got any response back regarding to it i will take really very serious action against them.

If possible from your side please help us otherwise i will go till court.

As on date. 11.10.2018, i my self vimal bokadia m/47, travelling in this bus from vadodara to sanchore as bus accident carried out at near by tharad in morning 5.00 am, as bus driver run away as soon as the accident, it was a very critical situation every one was screaming, many of them have big injury blooding was to major passenger, all off them was shouting for help, some local public from the farm run a came for help, broke the back glass an tried to remove which taken more then half an hour to this way, as some one dial 108 for ambulance an tried to shift to the nearest hospital, as i also got injury near the chest part which is still not comfortable to breath, as some medical report was been suggest by doctor for mri, x-ray & pain reliever injection was given, but we didn't found any help from the bus management or owner, as we tried to complain to the booking office they says that you have to tell driver for to drive safely its your responsibility, as we did same before leaving ahmedabad - mehsana highway to driver, as due to very bad behaviors & uneducated driver & staff never talk properly, as they said that if you don't feel this journey safe you can get down an catch other bus, an if want to complain you can we don't bother for about it, as using the power of money & political they are playing risk with passenger life, i may request to please road & transport minister to please make some law for all this is happening due to non educated people seat on the driving seat & play with passenger life, once again i would like to request to the bus owner to take such happen matter seriously.

Bus condition is too wrost and staffs misbehave badly. When i entered in bus i search my seat number someone comes and rudely preferred another seat then i settled that seat after that another staff comes and telling go to your seat number then midnight again that 1st person came and wakeup me and he's go to seat number s1 its my wrost bus experience hereafter i won't book this bus

Mahadev travels ceated us & book online 2 tickets book in your bus no. Rj - pb -1232 our seat no. 5/6 on 27/5, & charge rs. 3200/ for pali to borivali instead of rs. 2600/ and on the other hand your bus overcrowded during our journey through your bus through out the journey. & we mentally harrase by your bus staff on 27/5 to 28/5.& your a. C was fail for 2hour, your seat was in bed condition so. Act on my compain immediately. Sent me reply within 7days.

Conducter/driver kept taking on passengers until even the aisle ways were completely blocked. In an accident it would be impossible to evacuate the bus.
Separately I bought a ticket for 1 seat. However due to the over crowding people were constantly leaning into my seat or using my arm rest to rest.

Bus no. Rj 19 pb 4598.
The bus arrived one hour late.
In between the journey all passengers were shifted in another bus which again delayed the journey by one more hour.
Stinking and dusty seats and curtains
Office person using bad words publicly
Didnt dropped at the location
No value against money charged
Single ladies never ever travel.. Its not trustworthy and safe.. They can drop at any point even at midnight n tell u to go by auto...

Right now iam travelling from ahmedabad to hubli holding bus number rj 19 pb 6854.in the middle of journey near by pune c leaner of the bus misbehaved and started shouting to passenger. He continuously changes the seat and stopped so many local station to get passaanger with ticket. I recommend you to take strict action or else i should put all this incedent in you tube, i got snaps of the passenger who is traveling in this bus by standing and sitting down

I had booked 3 tickets through paytm. And the travel date was 21-feb-2018.
The route i travelled was from nashik to hyderabad.
Already bus arrived late at nashik dwaraka circle, it was supposed to come by 5:00 pm but it arrived at 6:00 pm. I adjusted didnt say anything. After getting in to the bus, i saw that the bus seats are horrible, the curtains were stinking no ac was working and they charge 1575 per ticket, so i have spend close to 4700 for 3 tickets and the service i get is pathetic, in the end driver was not ready to drop me on the selected boarding point.

Already i spoke with your manager and i clearly explained everything about my journey and from their end they confirmed that i will receive my refund soon but now its more than 1 month and i haven't received my refund yet. Is this type of service you will provide to the customer's? Their is no value what you have committed? I want call back from your manager and refund my amount asap
