I had ordered a beautiful sari. They deducted the money immediately, but after that they stopped all communication. I couldn't get any communication further, neither received the product nor any refund.

Don't buy for them are fraud people .. take money but don't send products.. many hv lost money pls don't send money to them.. fraud company.. cheaters

After successful processing of payment, they have not delivered goods and when asked they are asking for card number, expiry date and Cvv. Basically it is a fraudulent website and not sure how they have a payment gateway active even after so many consumer complaints.

I have ordered saree and amount got deducted but saree not received even after one month

I have order beautiful saree from m vastram from their Facebook page. But till now no msg. No mail from them about oreder.. I suspect now is my order going to fulfill by them or not.. I hv call on one number but it was also fraud
Pl help.. to restrict such site as I gonna idieat nobody can..

I have placed an order of 5 kurta sets for rs. 2495 on[protected] and paid through credit card. Once the payment was maid I received a mail saying that the order is placed but later got no details at all. I sent a couple of mails which were not answered. And they provide no contact number to enquire also. Please help me get my money back.

2 orders placed of costing around 2000rs on 15th Oct2020. Online Payment already done. It's been 7 days yet no update of dispatch details received. Inquiry email sent to the email id available on website [protected]@mvastram.com still no revert from customer care.

I have ordered a saree from Website mvastram.com two weeks before which costs Rs.500. I have paid the amount through online Payment. After that I dint received the Product. there is no Contact details for that company. I sent many mails to the email given in that website(mvastram.com). But I dint get any replies. After searching in Internet, I came to know that many people facing same problem. everyone ordered the product but dint received the product.

I saw the Ad in facebook. We made payment of Rs.999 for 2 sarees. We got the message your payment is successful. Your saree will be delivered in 4-5 working days.

I made this payment on 4th October. till now there is no communication from their end. there is no customer care number. Even in facebook book they have disabled comments.

Kindly take action and help us to get our money back.

The site sells sarees in the name of m vastram. I ordered a saree and made the payment of rs.499.00 on september 21, 2020.

As i did not get the shipping updates from them i searched for their customer care number which came up on google search as [protected].

After calling them they first asked me to speak in hindi.
Then they said your order has been cancelled. You will soon get your money back. I asked them why my order has been cancelled, to which they said because of server problem.

Then the man asked me in which bank is your account. Then he asked me to open google pay or any other payment app. Now i was on my guard. I did not disclose my bank name, nether did i open my apps.

I just told him that first you should have intimated me about the cancellation, and you have no right to know my bank account or card details. I am going to lodge a complaint. To that he said it is of no use complaining. Nothing will happen.

This is the whole story. Though my amount is not much but it seemed to be an online fraud.
