I ordered momos from mad momos and its been more than one hour havent recieved my order.. When i call them they give me someone else's number... This is the second time i have got the delay problem.. Last time they took 1.5hrs and on that i did not get the free oreo shake which was in my order from pronto by grillicious

I have ordered water melon juice from mad momos tingre nagar pune through swiggy app.. But what i got was a [censored].. But no1 was ready to take the responsibilty of the drink.. I had made several calls to swiggy they promised me the refund n emails regarding the actions they will take against mad momos.. But uptil now i dint receive the refund money or any emails regarding my complaints.....
