My consumer number is [protected], i have lodged an application for my replacement on date[protected], because my meter is not working. My application number is mmt165414. I again lodged a complaint regarding the same with reference number mfoc1948 dated[protected], but till date, meter has not been replaced. Moreover i am getting an so called average bill which is much higher than actual consumption....

I reside at A-602, Silverspring Phase-2, Agra Bombay Bypass, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Recently, I got electricity bill from July 2016 to December 2016. In bill, the number of consumed units for months July, August, October, November and December is 112, 112, 102, 50 and 0 respectively. For month of september, the reading is not shown. When I checked the bill online, I found out that the reading for september month is 493 which is totally suspicious...
