Sir,
I Mr. Bapuso sitaram Savase, Ap- Khardi, tal pandhaprpur, dist. solapur, have taken franchise of magic shoppee mart in march 2016. from till I haven't get any order to deliver. company sent me the products which cost is around 11000 rs. that products are in safe condition with me, i don't want the attachment with these kind of company, i need my whole amount with interest and mentally harassment charges. i have all documents related the franchise and amount deposited in the account of the company.

magic shopee mart and super shoppee mart both are same company after cheated so many people they change the company name and new name is magic shoppee mart mai jada kya kahu jasa ki hmare bahot sare dosto ke sath hua hai wahi mere sath bhi kiya h super shoppee mart se miss naina ne 30000 rupees ki dealership di jisme 11 agini plus product the aur bola ki company daily 5 se 6 product sell kra degi but asa hua ni mahine me ek ya do order mile wo bhi fake to is liye maine october 2015 me dealership li aur kafi wait krne ko bad jb order ni nikal to february 2016 ko dealership cancel kr di aur inka products company ke address pr courier kr diya.
In logo ne dealership dete time bola tha ki jb ap dealership cancel karoge uske bad apki security money jo 30000 rupees thi wo waps ho jayega mujhe nitin sir ne mail bhi kiya ki 1st april tk payment ho jayegi bt in logo ne ab tk payment ni ki and daily koi excuse hota h and ab to fon bhi ni receive krte mere pas unlogo ki puri list h jinko dealership de kr super shoppee mart ne bewkoof banaya h un sabhi ka contact no address and email address mere pas hai jinko supper shoppee mart ne loota hai.
Government ko and media ko bhi is taraf dhyan dena chahiye jisase ki koi bhi ek fraud company banakr berojagar logo ko na thage. It has been a while since i took the time to write an update about this fraudulent company and i am sure one is long overdue. I am also sure they would have cheated quite a few people in the interim period. Now for some more information about this fraud company ‘magic shoppee mart’ for the benefit of the general public.
When i got cheated by these conmen, i did not have the benefit of any reviews being available online....

Fraudulent company super shoppee mart's new name?

Please check the various complaints posted on this site for the company called Super Shoppee Mart. This was a company that actively promoted offers of distributorship across India a few months back. As per the company’s agenda you could say it was a grand success! They managed to lure in many people from all across the country, cheated them and probably made a few crores of rupees for themselves. They offered to give customer leads and a distributor only needed to deliver their products for a decent commission. However, things didn’t go right for the so-called distributors who got cheated and only lost their hard-earned money.
Now, if you check out the website for Super Shoppee Mart, it does not exist anymore. Also no more emails can now be sent on that domain address.
Being an affected party in the initial scam, and since they refuse to refund my money back, I have now taken the onus on myself to keep a track on the activities of this company and report it here so that at least those people who conduct a pre-check may possibly not lose money. Or at least a few people who research before parting with their money would be saved.
Now for more details about this new company (Magic Shoppee Mart). This company has the same physical location (address) as that of the old established fraudulent company (Super Shoppee Mart). Besides the products that were previously promoted by Super Shoppee Mart., the new company Magic Shoppee Mart. has added a few more!
Of course you will not find any names of promoters, their qualifications/experience, their address or any such details on their website.
I would like to provide more evidence for the benefit of people who could be considering taking-up the offer from this new company (Magic Shoppee Mart.). Some of the conmen who used to call up, identify gullible people and defraud them of their money have now got new names to go along with the new company name!
I give below a couple of old and new avatars!
1) Conman Mr. Nitin Banerjee who was using mobile number ([protected]) while with Super Shoppee Mart. is now Mr. Siddharth Chatterjee with Magic Shoppee Mart with the same number.
2) Conman Mr. Jordan Rodrigues who was using mobile number ([protected]) while with Super Shoppee Mart. is now Mr. Jeet Fernandes with Magic Shoppee Mart with the same number.
The above-mentioned people by now would already have forgotten the names given to them by their own parents!
They are back again with the same tactics. They have started afresh with the new name (Magic Shoppee Mart.) and started advertising on Quikr.com.
If my contribution here helps at least a few people from falling prey to these conmen, I would have achieved my objective. I can be contacted on my email address: [protected]@gmail.com
Now anybody still considering investment in this company would be doing so at their own peril!

For your kind information Magic Shoppee Mart is not my company nor any one is my boss, i am working as a franchisee with company and doing great with company, main motto of working is doing business and making profit which i am doing very well, as per you i think you are really very much frustrated with your mind set of working, their are lots of bad reports regarding you in different aspects also, do have a check with your words before doing something like this.

I am S N Patro, from Pune, is victim like you, I took Franchise from Magic shoppe mart in the month of Feb-16 as per their Big fruitful words and assurance that they will provide good lead calls to me for delivery of products and having income capacity around approx 30 to 40000 p.m accordingly I joined the Fixed amount Rs.30, 000/- as deposit . But since then neither I received any Lead call ( except one or two call which are not success-ed ) not any good response from their team yet.
Considering the above situation, I tendered my resignation for surrendering of Franchise in 9th April-16 and after that I got a call from Marketing Head, requested to continue because they will help me full fledged by giving advertising the local news paper.
But still no out put and action except Big assurance on phone. Even they are very poor in tel response and not picking of my phone unless n until 25 / 25 call per day with complaint.
One point whatever and whenever I put some mail hardly they use to reply. It is very strange that How people are cheated like this type of company.
can any body help me how can I get my DEPOSIT and I will surrender my stock to them.
and also please advice where to lodge complaint and How.
So, please be care full before entering this type of business.

Once Again with reference to above complain dated 9th Jan-17, It was understood that THE MAGIC SHOPPE COMPANY will refund the balance Deposit Amount Rs.20, 000/- with in one week of my resolved mail, but today is 28th Jan-17, neither I received any amount nor they are receiving my call response.
