Sub : Non receipt of NOC ( no objection certificate )

Proposal no . MFL/C/0515/000245

I have taken refinance for my Mahindra Scorpio vehicle bearing reg no TN10Y 5500 from your company, I had completed all the due ( even though some delay payment ) on april-2015.

But still i am not got my NOC, your collection executive and customer support executive not picking...

I have cleared my full payment 2 months back yet Magma finance is not giving NOC. The i was here on march 7th waited employee says come after 1 day again on 14th march the result was same again on 23rd march 2015 the staff kept me waiting without any response...

I Bijaya kumar mishra bearing loan a/c no. p3/0016/v/bhhoo1412 have availed aloan from magma Rs.1000000/- on 30/12/2006 & accordingly my instalment comenced from 05/02/2007 .I have paid 2 instalments in march 2007 that is for march 2007& april 2007.But your office has not been adjusted the april 2007. For this instalment ihave been coresponding so many times but iamnot getting proper justice from your end after admitting the mistake...
