Mahadbt portal crash or not working more times, try to resolve the problem plz

I have filled many grievance in mahadbt but no reply from your side . My admission year is 2021 but in current course there is option till 2020 only the. How can I update it...

I haven't even received my first installment of scholarship, whereas other students have received their first installment and are looking forward for second installment.

I am a fifth year student from pune and had applied for scholarship under minority development scheme of maharashtra government this year in february. I have been sanctioned the scholarship by the government but the amount was not transffered into the account saying account is not active.
But i have given all the proof of my account being active and linked to aadhar number.
I have been visiting the maharashtra state board of technical education office in pune several times but they are saying it may be a mistake and the amount will be transferred but even after 4 months after being sanctioned i haven't received the amount.
