Its been a month i am contacting the person to repair the cooler and there commitment towards it is nill.. Its a cause of suffer from past a month and no one is looking forward to cure it. You cant have such a bad service. I hardly would suggest anyone to buy your products.. Appart from this i want my cooler to be repaired soon before i launch a complaint against you in court..

    I have bought your product. This product is digusting. It didn't work a single day. Even i have made compaint against it so many times but the engineer failed to repair it.
    I want my money back or change this product with new one or else i would compaint against you in state consumer coplaint office.
    This is the case of harrasment by the company. I have bought this product on 12/05/2017

      I have raised service request (repair) for cooler on 23-May-2017 in morning around 9:00AM. But still no technician visited to repair the cooler. My request id is HYD[protected]. May i know how much time it took to resolve the request as it allready passed more than 96 hrs and also want to know the current status on this.

      When I called to customee care they are simply saying sorry but not providing any solution. They have provided one contact number of one of his manager named Mr.V. Chakrapani but this gut received one call after that he switched off his mobile. We are not able to contact any one.

        Maharaja is such a fraud manufacture now. I though they are as a good brand so i went for them and bough a Juicer Mixer Grinder on Sep 2015. The Jar started not working withing 4 month and i compliant a request and a service provider came and he told the plastic stuff is chargeable and they charge and fix it. after that within 4 month same jar again stopped working with same reason and after 2 to 3 month the other jar also. Now again they are asking me to either pay for that and get the plasic stuff replaced to use or else it upto me i can keep that as dabba.But my point is that i did not buy that to keep as dabba for sure. i bought it to use..so i have no choice left.pay for service and get it fix by my self.

        I would really suggest dont buy product from Maharaj else you will be also ended with such a bad service and product like me.
        We are perching for water heater on 01.12.2016 now heater is not working (no heating water) and current passing output way.as details blow

          I have ordered Maharaja Whiteline Mixer from Flipkart. But within 10 days Mixer started giving problem. And few days later mixer stopped working.

          When logged a complained on Maharaja Whiteline Website, I received a call for service repairing. After few days service officer came and opened the mixer for checking. After knowing the problem, he went back saying he will come tomorrow and get it repaired. Nobody turned up.

          Again when i called Maharaja Whiteline service no. they told me to speak with Maharashtra Service Manager - Mr. Manoj Kumar - [protected].

          From last 25 days i am speaking with him. He is sending some one and that person is again going back without resolving.

          We are fed up of calling him.

          Please resolve this on priority.

            Food processor is not functioning properly since from one year as well we were getting no response, and at the time of placement they had not provided us complaint card and bill we had register a complaint about this but in response getting that the complaint card and the bill are both the same atttached with the box .Also in tv it is mentioned that we have the warranty till 5 year but afterwards we are getting to know that it is of 3 years..

              I purchased a geyser from maharaja in 15 october 2015 and its leaked after 6 month so i make a complaint in customer care (Kun[protected] on 15 july 2016. Within 2 days company executive came and checked the leakage and told us this is manufacturer default and will replace this piece within 5 days. Its an 40 days (26 august 2016) complete they didn't answer nor dealer nor customer care.
              They didn't care about warranty, what they focus is how to sell product. I highly recommend all viewers not to go with maharaja as their services is very poor.
              Area manager & zonal manager are not supportive at all.
              We paid a lot amount due for the warranty reasons and in the last if i didn't get warranty so i want my money back.

                I contacted maharaja customer care and they barely understand english or hindi language. Just about a cooler a month ago and swing facility does not work anymore. Registered complaint and received a call from executive who is liar and cheater as same as maharaja brand. Executive called me after a day and i could not take his call and he least bothered to call again. I contacted back after sometime and he said he will come tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes for him and least bother about customers. My first two calls he answered and after that he stop answering my calls. @ mahajaja when your least about customers than just stop fooling around. I think first you need to learn how to manage the business and to provide the proper service before establishing the company. I will post this comment on all social networking website and going to file a case in consumer court.

                  i purchased food processor of maharaja whiteline fpmws-300 serial no
                  2522 oc-2 on 09/04015 from vishal megamart varanasi.I complain several
                  times .After the complain his formelity starts.Due to poor costomer
                  service he did not solve the
                  problem as ---
                  1 mechanical deffect
                  2 rotational problem closewise/anti close wise
                  due to this it break the coppler again and again.
                  Due to mechanical deffect it is not run well a single day.
                  I request him please change the food processor due to the mechanical
                  defect on 02/04/16.
                  As the food processor is purchased on 09/04/15, i think they are
                  waiting to lapse of warenty period.

                    My food processor jar locking arrangement worn out unable to use the same as jar gets open while running.
                    Its surprising that after using for just 6-7 month major problem arise
                    Issue of safety concern.Complaint was raised on 1-3-16.
                    Service engineer visited on 4-3-16.
                    considred the complaint as genuine & assured that he will recommend for replacement of jar.
                    machine is under warranty

                        I purchase 3 burner cook top from authorized dealer nearby my area in Ahmadabad, after i starting use the product i found that it has problem of leaking gas. i complain to the dealer and he told me to call service center and i do so, his service man came and repair cook-top but i faced same problem all over again 3 times and i complained to service center every time. THEY SHOULD REPLACE OR RETURN MY MONEY IF THEY CANT SOLVE THEIR OWN MACHINE'S PROBLEM.

                            I would never ever used any Maharaja product and advice other not to take also.I purchased a juicer mixer grinder on the occasion of Dhanteras on 21 October 2014 and first time used it 23 at night. We found that middle jar is not working. In between it was holiday So we complained it on 27th October. The engineer from Maharaja came and changed washer only.Even though I told person to check properly and same day only we used it again after putting stuff it hasn't worked. Again we complained and this time no one was responding properly.Finaly one person again changed washer .I told add stuff and then check it first. Then he told coupler of middle jar is slipped and need to change with cost of Rs. 40. Why we should pay if its not working from the first day. If I start paying Rs. 40/day from the first day of purchase due to inferior quality of coupler, then I will pay another grinder cost within 60 days. So its better you take your product back. I will switch to other brand with this product and rest home appliances. I have purchased many products so far but the service support is quite disappointing and there is huge hidden charges that neither have been mentioned anywhere in the packaging nor in the product. Eventually, this product very worst as well as terribly failure and I am not going to use any product of Maharaja in future and will advice the same to others. Thanks Anuradha Kumari

                              I bought a Maharaja Whiteline Personal Cooler Thunder+ (CO-101) from an electronics store in Kolkata named "The Royal Electronics" on 20/05/2014. The shopkeeper had deliberately scratched off the MRP printed on the box. Thus, I being unaware of the actual MRP ended up paying Rs. 7, 800 for the product. Post getting the product home, I checked for its price online and found out that it is available for Rs. 5, 800. I than visited the shop again to complain about this; to which he very rudely says to return the product and take back the money. But I told him that I want to buy the product at its actual price to which he refused. I also told him that I shall complain in the consumer court regarding this to which he casually said do whatever you can.                                   Maharaja whiteline induction cooker purchased from magnum store roadways bareilly on jan 2014 for gifted to somebody at lucknow, but from first month o[censored]se it was not in order, all of sudden heat on then fan off, after few days they return my gift at bareilly then i complaint to dealer, then dealer request to me complaint on line, after several phone no complaint accept, then i direct visit to distributor m/s garg crockery alamgiriganj, they put my product after lot of request because i am a senior citizen chariatable doctor. After four days they handover my induction cooker & said sir i personally checked now it is ok. I fath of distributor word & back to my chamber, on morning when i ready to on for my mother tea its fan was running but no teapot become hot & error 9 show, after four times of operate i again phone to garg crockery, he said sorry pl come again i will again send to service centre. After four days again i visit then information i received from distrbutor that due to holi all service person out from 14 march 2014. It means service centre person &owner of maharaja whiteline are not serious or aware regarding customer problem. Still product at distributor.                                     We had bought a Maharajah Whiteline Food Processor from E-zone at Sobo Central Mall, Tardeo. It stopped working within 3 months of Purchase. We complaint for the same & after many reminders a service agent had come to rectify it.
                                    Within a month after that we faced the same problem & experienced yet another service issue as we had to call several times to ask for servicing.
                                    For the third time we are facing the same problem in the food processor & my complain was registered in march without any response from their side.Complain number :MUM[protected]
                                    After repeated calls, my complain was registered again in June & till then nothing was done.Complain number: MUM[protected].
                                    Finally a service agent visited my house on 23 July 2014 and after inspection came to conclusion that it has to be replaced.
                                    My experience with Maharajah Whiteline was very bad & would not recommend it further to anyone.
                                    Now that I am sick of all the calls & poor servicing, i would like to get an advice on how to take action against their poor servicing & get the processor replaced soon without any delay.

                                      Dear sir/ma'am, I bought a halogen heater of Maharaja Whiteline from Mohali only two weeks back on 25/12/2013. Within ten days, two of its heating rods stopped working for no reason. And two days ago, on 16/1/2014 the last rod also gave up functioning. Their toll free number does not work. How come a brand new heater just breaks down even before 15 days of having bought it?

                                          Dear Sirs,
                                          My name is S V Rama Rao. When I was visited recent IITF in Pragati Maidan inn New Delhi, I was inspired by Maharaja Whiteline products which are displaying at their hall and got feed back from fellow visitors about their products. I booked one food processor immediately by paying 500/- instantaneously. The supervisor at the display counter, Mr. Lucky singh was promised that the piece will be delivered at the place where we will inform. As we are outside residents of NEW DELHI, he promised to deliver where we will asked to deliver within NCR city limits. He committed in due consultation with his supervisor.

                                          As discussed at the time of booking, I called Mr. Lucky Singh on 29th Nov., We told him to deliver the said piece at Andhra Bhavan near India gate on 30th Nov AN by 14-00hrs and we are ready at Andhra Bhavan by 01-30 pm. Since morning 09-00hrs of 30th Nov onwards we are chasing about the product delivery with Mr. Prince whom Mr. Lucky Singh attached to contact and Lucky singh also. But to our surprise delivery piece was not delivered by 04-00 PM on 30th Nov. None of the persons were lifted our phone calls and upon repeated calls, Mr. prince attached us to a delivery person called Sehgal. Upon contacting the delivery person, come to know that the delivery message was given by 05-00 PM on 30th Nov. For this particular job, we need to stay on that night at New Delhi to collect the piece. But to our surprise, delivery person could not able to deliver to us.

                                          On next day, i.e. on 1st Dec., We gone to the billing location i.e. near P. No. 204, West Patel Nagar Office to collect the piece personally as indicated by selling boy at praghati maidan during booking time. But to our surprise, at that office concerned employees were not even taken care about us and made us sat near by their security gate like watch dogs. They don’t have any concern/courtesy to call us inside and enquire about our problem. They made myself and mywife waited at gate by near about 2.5 hours. They not even concerned about us. The senior staff were not having any courtesy towards the customers and behaved without any indulgently towards us. They made us waited morethan 2 hours and harassed us about 2 days without lifting any phone calls and created panic among us without knowing that what is happening.

                                          First of all they made us panic without lifting a phone call also (they attended my phone calls approx. 4 out of 41 Nos. calls and Mr. Lucky since not at all lifted phone about 13 calls except one call). Secondly they wasted our valuable time of 1 full day in New Delhi. Thirdly, ill treated us at their office security gate like treating some beggers. Senior staff is behaving in such irresponsible behavior, then how we can expect courtesy from Junior level employees. Entire team of Marketing, such as Mr. Solanki, Mr. Prince, Mr. Lucky and Mr. Vipin were showed a very high level of irresponsibility towards the customers in addition to that ill treated the customers. This only will happens when their head of department is sleeping in the office, then only such things will happen. I never expected such ill trated behavior from a private concern.

                                          Finally we left the sight with a sorrowful situation without getting the piece. Our deposit amount also lies with them.
                                          I don’t know who will take action against such irresponsible employees and do justice to us.

                                              I purchased 3 lts insta gyser on 3-1-11. This started leaking form inside within 6 months. The geyser is out of service since last 3 months. Complaint has been registered with company but the support person comes and does not replace on the plea that connection pipe is to be changed. The geyser is showing clear leaking sign from. The company has appointed very inexperienced agency who try to avoid service on one and another pretext. After much persuasion the service boy agreed to take geyser for factory repair. But he was not ready to give any receipt while he was having the book. However, after much and much persuasion he has given a paper and only writeen the word "received". I think Maharaja Whiteline is only eye washing by appointing such service staff. I have still not got the geyser back. Complet season has gone without geyser. Please do not buy any appliance form the such service giving company you will always repent.

                                              i m very sorry to say that i had purchased juicer mixer grinder thorough Star cj but the next day it stop functioning .i lodge complain against it 5 days before.i was told by mr sanjay that next day some one will visit .i followed people like sanjay, kapil and sachin made more than 20 calls to these people and everytime i got committment to visit but nobody came to me till date .

                                                I bought a maharaja whiteline steam iron I bought from a shop in Vaishal (Ghaziabad), sector IV market. The iron never worked properly. It would overheat and burn cloothes. Its plate turned black due to overheating. Recently, I mailed to the company but it never bothered to get back. When I called up it referred to its franchise in Gurgaon. The franchise replaced its plate and one more part and charged over Rs 500. the iron still overheats, has turned black and burns clothes. I've written to the company but there is no response again. I have told the franchise twice but it has also ignored my complaints. Is this what one has to go through to be customer of maharaja whiteline

                                                  My Maharaja Whiteline Food Processor is well inside warrenty period and i am having all the original documents for it like invoice etc.
                                                  But the Pune service centre is not repairing it. everytime i call their staff provides me contact details of their line managers and ask me to directly call them.
                                                  I am following up with some Mr Piyush Shrivastava who claims to be highest designation manager at Pune centre but he is not providing any resolution to my issue. He is asking us to pay him mony to get our food processor repaired even it is in its warrenty period.

                                                  Please help!
                                                  Is there any autority in Maharaha Whiteline company to which we can escalate this reluctant/ fraudulent behaviour of Mr Shrivastava?

                                                    I have purchased the food processor ( model supremo dlx FPMW-301) of MAHARAJA WHITELINE on Dt: 03-07-09. I presently lie at Dahej, Dist:Bharuch, Gujarat. I have purchased this food processor from MORE, Baroda, Gujarat while they were come at Dahej for selling. Before some days food processor is stop during running condition. I have try to find out the service center but not mention any where. Then i have called at MORE, Baroda but they have not give any positive reply.

                                                    So Please let us know from wher we can repair this item or exchange it.

                                                    i have purchased a maharaja food processor in aug2008 and it is vibrating lots and not working fine so given back to dealer on 25.12.2008 they said that it will back after 2 to 3 days and still not received after 9 days it shows that major fault in the food processor and they are denied to replace the same.

                                                      We have purchased Maharaja Food Processor from Big Bazaar, Nagpur. When we wanted to make use of it, we found that its not working.

                                                      - there is no service center details available in wrranty card
                                                      - PhNo. mentioned in wrranty care are all fake

                                                      Its complete cheating with customer .Please take a strict action against this product and bane all production of it.Please let us know from wher we can repair this item or exchange it.

                                                      I had purchased a Maharaja Whiteline Food Processor 3 yrs ago from an authorised distributor in Coimbatore

                                                      Since the processor was not working I had taken it to the authorised service centre, M.S Service Center,

                                                      Coimbatore 44 for servicing, job order number 264 on 6.2.2010 . There was no proper response from the

                                                      service personnel for 6 days . when I went and enquired on 12.2.2010, he said that a wheel inside had to be

                                                      changed and that he had to order for that and was not sure when he would get it . Moreover he was very rude

                                                      and there was very poor customer care . The after sales service of the Maharaja company is very poor .

                                                      Please take earnest steps to rectify this problem . Thank you .
