My name is Lekhita Panchal. I have appeared for Mscit exam on 29.08.2012 from 9.30am to 10.30am at SYSTECH COMPUTER EDUCATION, DOMBIVLI WEST, THANE. My Enrollment no is M[protected] . I learnt my MScit course at CREATIVE COMPUTER INSTITUTE. DOMBIVLI WEST THANE. When I went to collect my MScit Final Certificate, institute was replaced with another shop. Even after contacting the concerned person, no response received. I request you to hand over my MScit Final Certificate as soon as possible.

I have approached MSBTE regarding the correction of my name in the Diploma mark sheets and Certificate.

Earlier as I was a Bachelor I was told not required. But now as I am applying for a visa will be needing those documents and get them corrected.

My college has given the documents, however, on approaching the MSBTE the staff has expressed its unwillingness to update the record and issue a revised certificate...

Dear Sir,

I had appeared for MSCIT exam in 25-MAY.2011 from 04.00PM to 05.00 PM at VIDYA INFOTECH, JALNA, JALNA, and
I has Scored 38 marks out of 50 & passed result .
I have provisional certificate also, which was issued after finishing exam.
Now when I enquired about Certificate Of MSCIT to Institute but they said the don't know why this happened.

This Certificate is very important for me sir.
