We had booked a 2 bhk flat in mahavir shrusti which is located at vasai, bhiwandi, thane. We had booked this flat in 2012 by paying 30% of the amount.
It's been 6 years now and still the construction is kept at hold, when asked for reason they have stopped answering phone calls. From the recent news we figured out many have registered fir against the company for this delay.
There should be a transparency of what the problem is and they should make sure that they find a solution.

I have booked a flat at mahavir city phase 1 on 9 feb 2012 and paid 35% amount rs 284000 building no a1 flat no 306 possession date was 31 dec 2014 after the lapse of 4 yrs the work has stuck upto plinth level. Several times visit the builder office the builder and foolish staf[censored]nable to comment. Pls all customers of mahavir patwa make a whatsapp group and fight against fraud cheater builder my no is [protected] and name is kunal gautam
