आपके बस स्टाफ का व्यवहार यात्रियों के साथ बहोत असम्मानजनक हैं, बात करने की कोई तमीज नहीं हैं महिला यात्री और पुरुष यात्रियों के साथ। सीट जो बुकिंग काउंटर से हुआ था वो मिला नही। बस की स्लीपर सीट बहोत ही uncomfertable हैं।

I had booked a ticket from Pune (Nigdi) to Raipur. Just on the day of travel about an hour before I received a call saying bus will not come to Nigdi instead I should catch the bus at Sangamvadi. I had to book a cab and pay Rs. 450/- extra just to catch the bus.
On reaching at Sangamvadi bus was delayed by 2 hours. There was no feedback about starting time. They just kept saying bus is under repairs.
Time of drop at Raipur was 6:00 am. But bus was running late by 4.5 hous. It dropped us at 10:30 am.
We had a plan to return back on same day evening. But just because of this horrible experience we could not finish the task and had to stay back for an extra day costing Rs. 3000/- extra.
Strictly avoid travelling by this worst travels.

MH 40 BL 0929 या बसने पुणे (पेरणे फाटा) ते अंजनगाव सुर्जी (अमरावती) दि.१५ मे २०२२ रोजी रात्री प्रवासासाठी बसलो तर खिडकी ला काच नाही, सोबत ४ वर्षे वयाचे लहान मुलं होते. बसमधील कर्मचाऱ्यांना ऑफिस चा नंबर मागितला असता, आम्हाला माहीत नाही व मालक पण नाही.
बसमध्ये बसणारे लोकच बोगस असल्याचे बोलून मानसिक ञास दिलेला आहे. प्रवासाचे पुर्ण पैसे देऊन सुध्दा बसमध्ये सुविधा अर्धवट व कर्मचाऱ्यांचे उद्धटपणे ग्राहकांना बोलणे. नाईलाजास्तव शिक्रापूर पोलिस स्टेशन वर बस घेऊन जावे लागले व पोलीसांनी कान उघडणी केल्यावर पुढे प्रवास सुरू झाला.
अशा बस प्रवासाला वापरण्याची बंदी घालावी व कर्मचाऱ्यांना प्रशिक्षण देण्यात यावे,

My ticket was booked frm deori to indore of 18 dec 2021 seat no 19, 20. But unfortunately we missed the bus bcoz bus has not arrive at d given tme as 09 PM. After sme enquiry i cme to knw tht the bus has already been departed frm the stop ( approx at 0830PM). No phone call, no contact with me...
Now i want to refund my money..
So can u plz tell me how can i get my money bck.

I booked a bus from Dhamtari to Sukma but due to some reason my family could not go, I had also given 500 rupees in advance but now Mahindra's agent is calling and giving full money (Rs 1360 more) to threatening and harassing here Till coming to my house. Is this what happens in Mahindra Bus Service?

I booked a sleeper ticket from Raipur to bhopalpatnam on 11 july 2021 fpr 9:45 pm bus. But the driver left without me boarding the bus. Customer care person made me wait till 11:00 pm and then asked me look on my own expense at midnight

Even in the morning while getting down the bus, the conductor again didn't talked in a good manner, badtameezi krne ki bhi haad hoti h! Even they were not giving our goods to us. We have paid them Rs600 to them also.

There are insects in the seat of the bus and even the conductor or manager who so ever is there in the duty doesn't know how to talk to their customers. And to clarify there problem. Seriously this is too much.

We have booked our ticket from nagpur to pune on 09/06/2021 from boarding point Bhole petrol pump.Firstly the bus was late by half and hour and our seats were alloted L 3A and L 3B.
The driver and the conductor misbehaved with us regarding the luggage and said we don’t have any space for your luggage keep it with u in the bus and used very much slang words also our reserved seats were alloted to some other person and they gave us seat R 3A and R 3B instead of our own seats that was L 3A and L3B.We are highly disappointed by the service and hygiene in this pace of covid time and by the misbehaviour of the bus driver and conductor.Also the AC was not started as they were using only fan mode for cooling.Strict action should be taken against them as well as the company is whole sole responsible for the same.The bus number is provided as below- CG04MW2591

We were travelling from Durg to Indore on 19nov 2020, early in the morning somewhere in the mid of jingle area driver stop the bus and after 1 hr, we come to know that the bus got failed and it will take 3hrs to get it repaired,
Bus manager does not arrange any other mode to reach Indore, instead replied to take another bus to reach, as per emergency we took another bus and paid for it.
Our luggage were lying in the bus as we could not manage to take all the belongings with us in local bus.
We request them to deliver our luggage at indore office, as we went to collect our luggage they asked to pay additional loading unloading charges, whereas they have already charged 800/- for the extra luggage at the starting point.

The person named Mr.Bhadoriya misbehaved with us, when we asked them why are they charging extra amount, he asked to pay 120/- or else he will seize all our luggage.

We felt very disappointed with the services as we have already paid for the journey and paid extra amount for the luggage and moreover our additional expenses occured by changing the bus and mental and physical harrasment.

I am sarang kharwade from at po mouda tah mouda dist nagpur state maharashtra, i was ticket booked nagpur to raipur at 20/05/2019, morning time 4:30 am in nagpur. My ticket also confirmed in red bus service. And rs.549 transaction also deducted and pick up man number also received in my cell then i will more time call this number but not getting any response it and i will called in nagpur agency but there also been not getting any response so pls help me to refund my money in my account.

I boarded Mahendra bus from Raipur to Pune. The bus services are worst. Neither they have put the seat numbers on the seat nor they know where our seats were. The bus seats are very small for two people. We are just adjusting somehow.

Plus the bus promised to drop us to Pune at 8:30 in the morning. It's 10'o clock and we are still running 3 hrs late. We had office at 9. They are very irresponsible.

The bus is Ac but the windows are open and a lot of air is coming in. Plus many ac sockets are broken and a lot of air is coming out and making the sleeper cabin too cold.

There is no place to keep luggages. Under the seat is the only place or the conductor is adjusting them somewhere.

I have booked bus ticket in Mahendra Travels bus through paytm on 21.7.18 through online booking system with paytm at the time of booking due to typing mistake the gender of passenger is female selected but i requested to paytm and Mahendra Travel to change it to male gender before bus timing but both have denied for the changes and they both said no refund, no changes are possible so no seat provided to the passenger

Today i booked 4 tickets from mahendra travels for travelling raipur to keshkal traveling time was 5.45 pm nd they gives me bus no. 7733 and i had reached at it's bus stopege in pachpedi naka before time and then we was watting for bis but they departured the another no. Bus nd also not stopped in the same stopege.
And the problem is that they don't arranged in another bus naver refund the money any very upset.
