There is a serious complaint on 2021 edition bolero bs6(o) . It is a new vehicle. Now it reached 7000 km but its 9 th time it shows regen required, and also acceleration also slows down i am not satisfied with your product.. You are cheating the customer by selling such damged vehicle.. I'am waiting for your immediate response on this issue..

    Bolero maxi truck bmt
    I bought this vehical just three months back .. and my vehical stuck on road nd get toe through mahendra near by service center. I hire another vehical in 4000rs my work get stuck.. what the hell is going on in this vehical … wht is this going on with thiS new vechical.. i ll file case against mahindra regarding this..second vehical ll get nit get stuck in just 2-3 months..who ll bear this all stuff now..

        Dear Sir,

        we have given our company vehicle UK06AL6322 for service on dated 27.10.2021 and we have received our vehicle on dated 25.11.2021. as we have given vehicle on running condition at that time problem of suspension and injectors but when received our vehicle we found that vehicle is in same condition as previous we has given we found that clutch plate is damage condition but previously it was not like that.
        After receiving the vehicle customer care noida office called to us for feedback and we informed that we are not satisfy with service and taken huge amount Rs. 65755. it will be worthy if it will service well.

                      I had give my bolero for service yesterday 16/06/2021. Today i call to Dada motor workshop then they tell me your bolero is ready.
                      But when my driver come back to home bolero stearing auto locked for right side on the road. by chance there is no trafic on the road.
                      so i want to file a complaint against workshop. because they give me unready vehical.

                            We have doing Johnson Tile Distribution in Coimbatore, In the year 2017 we have purchase Mahindra Bolero from Rajsree Motor, from the beginning ( from the 1 st year ) we have problem in the vehicle, in suddenly engine raised.

                            Every time we went ask the service person, they told that dust form in the Electronic circuit. in the two they make it hand over to the vehicle to our driver. every 6 month or 9 month, they didn't register the compliant, they were adjusted, handover to the driver.

                            Last service ( Rajsree Mortor, coimbatore closed) done by their sister concern CAI motor, they were change some parts around 9 to 10 thousand billed. In the Last week some problem raised, engine was raised, but the vehicle move very slowly without weight in the vehicel. we went to ask nearby new dealer RAMANI Mahindra - in the service advisor told that in the previous work histry, in the above told single compliant not register and not done by the previous dealer.                                           I purchased above model vehicle 29/03/2018 after two months only this vehicle started malfunctioning. On date 25th may 2018 it was first malfunction as during driving engine sudden shut downs. We repair this at ratnagiri naik
                                          Services but no one able to detect and said how was break down happening.
                                          On date 08 aug 2018. Same problem exist during driving on mumbai goa highway near sangmeshwar vehicle engine suddenly break down and vehicle was stopped on highway.
                                          After we call service provider but they not able to send towing van in time for our help so we arranged private one by spending rs 3500/- after discussion with company service provider for refunding same. But yet they not send us any form or procedure for refunding money.
                                          As vehicle is malfunctioning on road during driving it may cause fatal accident and happens serious injuries or death so resolve the problem occurring frequently in vehicle or replace the vehicle.

                                          On date 08/08/2018 around 9.00pm vehicle is parked at mahidras authorized service provider at naik service centre ratnagiri.

                                          Am from Kerala, I had a 2012 model Bolero.I had this issue several times few months after the purchase. I reported it to the service centre each time they were coming back with new reasons.First they said it bcoz of sensors, they said they fixed that.After few months it happened again, then they said its bcoz of accelerator pedals, then I changed that.Again happened, this time they were asking me to change the wiring!. When I was sitting in the reception I heard that some customers they were complaining about the same issue, then I realised that its not only an issue for Bloero also common to other models.
                                          I met the customer relation manager and were not ready to pay anymore for that. I clearly told them if you can't accept that its manufacturing fault.
                                          Last month I came to know that one of collegues have a 2014 model Bloero, he is also suffering with the same issue!!! When he complained about that they said its a part of safety, if there any issues engine light will turn on and accelerator will not respond.Imagine you are driving on a highway at a speed of 100KM/hr suddenly accelerator not responding and speed comes down to 20.Sure you will come back home in coffin.I didn't get the sense behind this technology.Only bcoz of this I switched from Mahindra and also not recommending Mahindra to any one.

                                            I had purchased the bolero power+ zlx micro hybrid bs4 from an authorized dealer m/s shuhul automobiles pvt. Ltd on 5 august 2017. It had not been a fortnight since the purchase that i started to encounter problems. Two days back, while i was driving, the clutch ceased to work suddenly. Not only this, huge amount of smoke started coming out of the bonnet. I had to call the dealership and they sent a truck to take the car away. Now, they are telling me there is nothing wrong with the car but how is that possible. The car is not even a month old and would have not traveled a 100 km yet. I have another car at home which is around 10 years old, but never have i encountered anything such with it. I think that either the parts of the car are faulty or there is some manufacturing defect. The company should carry a detailed check on the car and identify the problem and rectify it as soon as possible. Or they should take the car and pay my money back along with damages.

                                              There was clutch and pressure plate problem in this product. So I had gone to Rajkot at Marsal Treading. I was given a job card and required documents. They just serviced(cleaned) the product but no any type of problems which were occurred in my product were solved.

                                              After that I called on care toll free number [protected]
                                              and registered a complain. Then I was called and requested to go to rajkot again and one side Fuel would be provided by them and also said that my product would be repaired under warranty.

                                              Now they called to me and said that my product has clutch and pressure plate problem and have to be changed. But I have to pay for this correction it will not be repaired under warranty.

                                                  We have booked BoleroSLX ( jawa brown) through Snowview Automobile Pvt Ltd,At their Rampur Bushahr Branch Himacla Pradesh by paying an advance of Rs.100000/-(One lakh Only) vide receipt No.34535 Dt.23.06.2012. At the time of booking delear informed us that it may takk 20 to 25 days to arrange and delivere vehicle of our colour choice. Today delear is informing us that only dimond white colour is availible with us or other wise asking us to wait for another 2months. Heaving waited for nearly 2months your delear seems to be not intreasted in getting the vehicle of our choice.

                                                  Hence we request you refund our advance paid to the delear for booking the vehicle and oblige.

                                                  Mahindra Bolero — NON DELIVERY OF VEHICLE

                                                  BOLERO ZLX BOOKED 5 MONTHS AGO WITH A PROMISE TO DELIVER BEFORE CHRISTMAS BUT NOT DELIVERED. I DOUBT THEIR INTENTION. THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN MAHINDRA COMPANY IN THIS CASE. EVEN COMPLAINT TO RCCM BUT NO EFFECT.

                                                    I have taken your bolero vehicle on december 2010 and became your unvalued customer.Why I am writing this feedback to you is because I don't have maney I am not able to change my vehicle.I don't think you are monitoring the service of of your sales and service partner M/s.TVS Motors.Because I when have enquired the service quality of M/s.TVS no mahindra customers would give a positive reply.Everybody started with telling bad words.
                                                    Now I will tell my problem.I have purchased your vehicle on 2010 december and from the begining PDI test I am unhappy with the service.Right from the very first service I am complaining about the gear tight issue and the reply from the service center was it will go smooth after some time.Even after one and half year it was the same.I was servicing the vehicle in Kottayam TVS.The approch of all the staff's in Kottayam TVS is just like when we go to a Government Office.Even after a brake complaint occurs they will rectify the complaint only after booking or registering.After that only they will take the vehicle inside the gate.My gear tight issue when I take the vehicle to New Abhilash service center Thodupuzha,Idukki they found out that it was the problem in gear box and clutch.They have replaced the parts and I had to pay Rs.9500/-.If the Kottayam TvS found the issue within one year I would have get it repaired freely.I have given complaint regarding this issue 10 days back and the customer service manager from Kottyam TVS called me.She told me that she will discus this matter with workshop manager.After two days she called me back and replied that he said nothing can be done.Only thing they can do is they can give discounts on next services.
                                                    Again on what guarantee I will go to Kottayam TVS.They accept that it is the bad service from them thats why they are offering service discounts.
                                                    I will now start campagning that mahindra vehicle is good but poor service.If somebody needs good service not to buy mahindra vehicles.

                                                      I am surprised and shocked to see the behaviour and attitude of a company of your esteem with my uncle.

                                                      I have although been apprised of your act & conduct recently but my uncle has been suffering an intolerable trauma and the same is causing him so much stress and tension that his health is depleting day-by-day unnecessarily. And as a matter of fact he has been taking medicine for hypertension and high B.P. now regularly due to the stress caused by your company, your dealers and your executives.

                                                      My uncle had booked a Mahindra bolero as a gift for his son but not only his plans failed he also became a joke and talk of the relatives as he had informed to all his relatives earlier that he will be gifting a Mahindra Bolero to his son.

                                                      The scanned copy of the Vehicle Sale Receipt and vehicle order taking form is annexed along-with the mail. I feel sorry to state that in past 5 months my uncle has visited your dealers showroom numerous times but to no benefit he was always ill-treated and was never given a proper response, he had called numerous executives at your dealer showroom but every time no proper response was given to him. Some of the executives my uncle and his son had a word with was Mr. Sachin Gola, Mr. Vivek, Mr. Vineet (GM)... but no adequate or proper response was ever given to them and every time the commitment given by your executives has got cancelled.

                                                      As per the documents available with me at this stage, the vehicle order by my uncle was made on[protected] but to the utter surprise it has come to our knowledge that the dealer for the first time had placed the order with you only in the month of December 2011 vide order no.[protected] and second order was placed on 03.01.2012 vide order no.[protected]. There are many more discrepancies at both the ends i.e. of your dealer & your company which we may highlight if so required at an appropriate time.

                                                      I would request your esteemed authorities to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action in the matter and kindly ensure that a Black Mahindra Bolero is delivered to my uncle at the earliest. Else wise my uncle would be compelled to initiate appropriate legal actions against all of you the above named addressee

                                                        I HAVE PURCHESED MAHINDRA BOLERO SLX BS3 IN THE MONTH OF MAR 2011. IT'S CDL UNIT BECAME FAULTY AFTER 5 MONTH i.e. IN THE MONTH OF AUT 2011. THERE IS 20 DAY'S DELAY FOR ORDERING THE PART BY DELEAR i.e. PART WAS NOT ORDERED BY DELEAR IMMEDIATELY WHEN HE WAS FOUND FAULTY. ( PART ORDERED ON 07/09/2011) ALSO TILL DATE i.e. UP TO 19/09/2011 PART WAS NOT RECEIVED BY DELEAR. IF THERE IS 2 MONTHS DELAY FOR PROVIDING PART TO ATTAIND FAILURE THEN WHAT IS THE MENEAING OF 12 MONTH'S WARENTY GIVEN BY MAHINDRA COMPANY.

                                                          Sir, I am Sawaranjit kaur W/o Capt. Kirpal singh Randhawa, resident of 60 New Officer colony ,Patiala . I had planned to buy a Mahindra Bolero SLX, so I booked it on 5th January at Authorized dealer Raj vehicles, Rajpura road, Patiala with amount 40,000. They committed to give the delivery by 5th February but they didn't do so. Then I cancelled my booking and took my amount back. Later I booked the bolero at Swami Automobiles pvt. ltd. Chandigarh with full amount, i.e. 6,30,000 on dated, 8th February,2011. Swami Automobiles committed with me to deliver the car within 4 or 5 days. But till date, i.e. 27th February, i haven't received the delivery. I request you to help me in any possible way and take serious actions against this. I also request you to suggest me that what should I do now.

                                                          Sir, I am Adv. Jayantilal S. Jain, resident of Main Road Taloda Dist- Nandurbar. I had planned to buy a Mahindra Bolero SLX 2WD B3 in White Colour, so I booked it on 4th February 2011 at Authorized dealer Aakash Automobiles, Malegaon road, Dhule (Maharashtra) with amount 10, 000. They committed to give the delivery the car within 15 February 2011. But till date, i.e. 6th March 2011, i haven't received the delivery. I request you to help me in any possible way and take serious actions against this. Otherwise I have cancelled my booking of Mahindra Bolero and planned other any Car. I also request you to suggest me that what should I do now.

                                                          Sir, I am vijay kumar goel, resident 3735/2 samania gate patiala . i have a complain about the service of RAJ VEHICALS in patiala . they donot attend the customer properly, & they donot satifised the customer, i had gone many times for just a single complain of a "sound" coming from the car every time they say its ok'when i took away the car on road then the problem occours again & again. I am very angry about the service of this service centre in patial. thank you.
