I purchased a Fully Loaded SLX Bolero Model on 4th June 2010 from G3 motors Nerul which has centralized locking system.On 5th June 2010 I parked the car near the house and locked it and checked all the doors locked. After half hour when i came back my car was stolen. There is no security to the car. it can be easily stolen and get started within few minutes and can be robbed very easily. It is highly concern such cars can be easily open and started easily and can be stolen within just few minutes. The company should change the locking system and should be more concern of security of the cars. I cam to know there are many Boleros and Scorpio stolen on daily basis. The company should provide high end and different type of locking and security system so that these cars are not started and stolen.

Mahindra — Central Lock

Recently purchased a bolero slx . Cental lock not working . When shown to the engineers they dont respond. They claim the design of the key set is of that kind. Are customers responsible for it?
Past six months they have taken the central lock unit from the vehicle and not solved the issues.
I ALSO LOST MAY CAR SCORPIO BECAUSE OF CENTRAL LOCKING SYSTEM WE ARE BUYING BIG BUDGET CAR BUT IT IS NACAED TO TAKE OFF FOR THIEF TI IS COMPANY"S DUTY TO GIVE SAFE PRODUCT TO THEIR CUSTOMER IF THEY ARE GENUEN BUSINESS MAN THAN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
I am really sorry to point this grievance, but can not help it. I really got frustrated bY Mahindra & Coy I booked Bolero SLX (Apple Red/Jawa Brown) by giving full payment to on 03 Jul 2010 to your dealer Harinayan & coy Muzaffarpr (Bihar). I finance the veh from SBI, Muzaffarpur and interest rate is start from the said date but your dealer fail to deliver the veh till date as on 21 Jul 2010. Please stop mis-guiding the customers by giving false commitment. My case is 17 days old and still the unsatisfiable by your dealer. If you are not able to supply the veh on said time please stop the taking full payment ( Dealer is blaming to the Mahindra & coy, I recorded in the mobile I will sound in time of proof )and tell to customer i am not able to supply the veh on time you may try any other veh of other coy. Never under-estimate the customer powers. I have lost near about Rs 300000 due to this, please clarify otherwise I will take necessary step in court. I am central Govt employee of INDIAN ARMY.
I have purchased Bolero SLX (White) on 2 nd January .Performance is OK .But after 1 week i saw the corrossion in front side and in side of Bonet, Bolt fixing side .I am informed to my Dealer ( T V S Kallor, Kerala, Ernakulam )

They told me they will replace the body .But their response was very poor .Nobody is not give service support and propper solution .

After few months, in first service they told me, we will paint the front side and they done the paint work and return back to me .Again after one month the same issue am facing .

Again this people come with mahendra Staff to my office and meet me and told they will paint the car .
what i will do ...My mistake is " I am purchased New Bolero" .My request is please change the Body and solve the Issue .

Turbo — Oil Leakage probe.

I Was purchased Tavera(B2BS3-7) from BADHWAR AUTOMOBILES LTD. ROHTAK on 23-09-10.Now i am facing Turbo OIL LECAKGE Prob.
MD of Badhwar Auto. Ltd. is not providing me good service.His behaviours is very bad about customers.Please fullfil this probs

This is regarding bad services from one of your authorized center(P.P Automotive, Karnal ).

My uncle purchased a new Mahindra Bolero Pickup last year in Oct, 2010. He bought the vehilcle from P.P Automotive, Karnal.

From the last 2 months he is getting problem with steering oil leakage and he has already registered complaint regarding that. My uncle visit so many times to their office (both Panipat and Karnal branch) but they are not replacing the damage part (I think it is known as Steering sill). Every time they used to say like "aaj aa jayega"/"kal aa jayega"/ "sorry galti sey galat part manga liya"...like that. But they are not solving the problem and thats why my uncle has to daily fill the oil in steering...

I request you to please take the appropriate action as soon as possible. We fed from daily visiting their service center.

i have bought mahindra plus in june 2011 .afte 3 months we found some mistake in it .it was repair by local service center.the problem is that turbo is not working properly.and the fuel oil comes often which creates jam in changing the gear. now we again finding same mistakes.plaz ensure us to solve the problem .

I am Sam kappen and I purchased Bolero M2dicr on 11th January 2012 from ITL Kannur(Kerala) . After one week on wards there was a coolant leakage on engine and I have given my vehicle for service at ITL kannur Center (Kerala) Now It has been 20days since I given .I am not at all satisfied with the delay being happened. I never expected this kind of problem with this new vehicle.This shows Mahindras poor built quality and irresponsible testing procedure and quality assurance.
This is in reference to my old complaint. The vehicle bolero slx m2dicr got back after rectifying the coolant leackage problem.Now I am satisfied with the services provided by Mahindra and ITL motors.
Mahindra Bolero 10 months old met with an accident, admitted in Mukhtar Automobiles Goa on 19 Mar 2012, no progress made till date for the repair of the vehicle on pretext of spares not available.

I,Jayanta mahata booked a mahindra bolero ac 9 seater car on 4th august 2012. company,star india agencies,promise to me about delivery that car on and before 12 august 2012, but not delivered till now. loan also drawn from bank. so i suffered.

Mahindra Bolero — center lock key body

our bolero is accident in 2011. we change the body shell of this car from raj vehicles patiala .then they give us old body of key .we complaint so many time to GM of this agency but they can not any action

hamne bolero slx gadi dada motor dholewal ludhiana se 3 dec2011 ko khridi thi, kuch mahino bad gadi ka flasher khrab ho gya main flasher lene ke liye mahindra srevice station 17 august 2012 ko gya unka kehna tha ki is time flasher available nahi hai aap 25 dino bad ana ya apko call karenge but sir unki koi call nahi aayi uske baad maine khud 5 bar mahindra service par visit kiya unka kehna hota hai ki kal ana/ ek hafte baad ana/ aaya tha hamne dusre customer ko de diya/ham aap ko call karenge vagera vagera . maine local market me bhi pta kiya par flasher nahi mila . lagbhag 3 mahino se bina indicator ke gadi drive kar rha hnu . city me drive karna bahut difficult hota hai .

Myself Milan Trivedi baught a new bolero slx uro 4 from Mahindra And Mahidra Bhiwani(Haryana) on 20th march 2013. On first day only i found some fault in pick up of car and i immediately informed to showroom. They changed some part that i don't know what they did. As on upcoming festival holy i went to banswara which is my home district. when banswara was 60kms away this car stopped suddenly. I was surprised as what can happen to brand new car. At first i tried to start the car but all in vain. For half an hour i tried hard but could not start the car. I was very worried and stressed because my family was with me and that place was totally lonely. As it was very hot and my one year baby suffered a lot due to this unexpected inconvenience . I called for helpline of mahindra more then 5 times then they send their attender after 7 hours. I can not explain how i spent these 7 hours with my family. That attender also tried to start the car but he could not make out what was the fault. He told to take the car to showroom by torching and went away. I was very upset because it was almost dusk and at night situation will be worse . Somehow i arranged another jip and took the car to showroom by torching. In torching i spent 4000 rs because that jip owner also took undue advantage of my compulsion. It took 3 hours. I sent my family to home by hiring taxi there also i spent 2000 rs. whole day was fully tensed and exhausting. I felt embarrassment as new car stopped so what is the advantage and reliability of new car and specially when we are out of station. Their on showroom at banswara(Rajasthan) they took two days but could not find out the fault. Finally they dismantled whole engine and i felt very bad that 4 days before i bought this car and it is troubling me like that. Finally after two days very hardly they got the fault and they changed some part of car . my trip to banswara was extended for 3 day which caused many worse circumstances in my private job also. It was totally riski, time eating and expensive trip of mine. Initially i was very exited for new bolero, all my excitement and joy was spoiled when this car troubled me a lot. for these all inconvenience company was responsible and in turn i had to pay for it. I want to replace this car or my amount back so finally i decided to claim it in consumer court. The showroom owner from Bhiwani(Haryana) from where i purchased Bolero slx is also not giving me any positive response.
So i request you to take my complaint forward to Mahindra and help me to get justice.

I am Roopesh from Kerala .mahindra bolero is very local and cheep performance. Any new customer do not purchase new bolero this bolero every time complaint .every week I am going to workshop . I am not satisfying on this bolero.my bolero main complaint is fuel missing this complaint every time I am facing other one complaint is fuel efficiency is 8 km per litter totally i am not happy

I purched Bolero SLE car on 25Jan 2013 from Raebareli showroom, but on OCT 2013 month it has damaged with Internal part of Engine ( spent 42000 Rs) thats why i want to ask that how it is possible, pl tell me about your warrenty about those parts, it is very bad and i m so tired when think about that.
Pl take action or provide solution as soon as possible, other wise will take strong action about Mahindra manufacturing Comp.

    Mahindra Bolero Plus No. WB-19D 5248,Veh. Sr. No.82H18384,Eng. No.GB84H47346 Purchased from Mohan Motor Dealers (P) Ltd. Kolkata on 12/12/08.There is a starting problem due to battery part no[protected]V Battery(Amaron) 65D26R and after all testing when I complain on 12/12/09 the dealer Maruti Point Kolkata did not replace the battery and the Company dealer Mohan Motor & Shree Automobiles also not provide any support and I have to purchased new battery.

      THIS IS FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION THAT I HAD PURCHASED BOLERO SLE(T-PERMIT) ON 14TH OF NOVEMBER 2007. AS SOON AS I RECEIVED ALL PAPERS I HAD TO LEAVE FOR GUJARAT FOR SOME PERSONAL REASONS. I COULD'NT SUBMIT ALL PAPERS BEFORE 3 MONTHS FOR EXCISE -REFUND AS I DID NOT TURN UP IN MAHARASHTRA BEFORE THAT. I CAME HERE ON 3RD MARCH. I SUBMITTED ALL PAPERS FOR THE EXCISE REFUND TO GLOBAL GALLERIE AS SOON AS I CAME. BUT TO MY BAD LUCK THEY REFUSED ME FOR THE SAME SAYING THE TIME HAD ALREADY PASSED AWAY.
      I DONT UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS MY MONEY THAT IS BEING REFUSED. WHY?JUST BECAUSE I COULD NOT SUBMIT PAPERS IN TIME. NEITHER THE GOVERNMENT NEITHER THE MAHINDRA AUTHORITIES HAS THE AUTHORITY TO SAY NO. PLEASE LET ME KNOW ABOUT IT. THE AMOUNT IS ALSO NOT LESS. ITS URGENT. PLEASE REVERT .
