Two years back i got call from mahindra company to purchase our bike. It will give you very good average. As brand name I purchase this bike, but from that day i am in total loss. Very Poor average and it can off anywhere on road, always had starting Problem.I purchase for my wife but now really feel bad as she always faces Problem with this bike.and many times she carry this bike to garage so while travelling eith this bike is always risky specially for ladies as it can get off any time for so many reasons.

My Duro Dz battery has gone weak before one year from the date of purchase. I myself sent the battery to Exide company thru its dealer for replacement. But Exide company says it is out of warranty from the date of manufacturing as per its code on the battery. Then I gave the battery to Navneet Automobiles. Panvel for replacement of the battery from Mahindra two wheelers on 6th September 2014 and still awaiting for the new battery. Neither...

I bought a Mahindra Duro Dz bike on Mrch 2012. My bike battery went out of order. I my warranty card it is mentioned that battery is under warranty for 1 year from the date of purchse of the bike.However, now they are saying that the warranty is for 1 year from the date of the manufacture of the battery and not the bike. Tis is definately cheating, as when i go to buy the bike i cannot look for manufaturing date of the parts of the bike. I had to pay for the battery. I had purchased the bike form the vendor called Navneet Motors from Panvel, navi Mumbai. The contact number of navneet Motors is[protected], they did not cooperate at all when contacted. Exide also rejected the request saying they give warrnaty fro 1 year from the date of maufacture of the battery.

Please help me in this regard. This is total fraud and i want to not only safeguard myself but also others who might be facing similar problem beacuse of such cheating

Mileage Problem in Mahindra Duro DZ
I have purchase Mahindra Duro DZ. But i am facing continuous problem regarding mileage .I Have consult to the Concern Showroom(Service centre).they said problem for tuning.but still now they are not solved the mileage problem.
When I have gone for Purchase Mileage was promised as 50-55KMPL but it started with 30-33KMPL
