engine turbo complaint in regular intervals
Dear sir,
This is to inform that my vehicle ka18 p0145 is in karnataka agencies, chickmagalore district karnataka state from 04/08/2017 with turbo problems, and they have been trying to rectify turbo defects but now they are asking me to replace new one.
I purchased mahindra quanto on 1/12/2012 from india garage bangalore but the vehicle is giving lot of problems after 50000 kms and you can see the history of all problems and finding problems every time with turbo which was rectified in chrome motors, bangalore but again i am finding a problems and they are saying that to replace with new one.
According to my knowledge the quanto vehicle is failed because of these reasons which directly effects my time, energy and money and economical loss of my business. By having my vehicle many times i am travelling in taxi. Many of the multinational companies are replacing the vehicles of such defects are found so i request to replace the vehicle or give us loss of compensation immediately. Consider this for immediate action otherwise legal procedure will be taken.

Dear sir/ madam,
We have this complaint from past 1 year,.. We took it to nearby authorised service centres but no result still the complaint is existing,.., every time they check and they do the computer flashing then it will work for some time,.. Again it start giving trouble, most of the time at high ways kindly direct me to do the needful

I am getting continuously coolant and engine noise since one month I was given my car to trendy wheels kolhapur and also in belgam . i am professionally a doctor also so many times i have contacted to customer care they are also avoiding my complaints an mr.permar told me show the vehicle to local mechanic .i dont understand what to do? please cooperate with me

I change my right hand mirror of Quanto model C6 from Nagaur Automobiles Pvt Ltd Ajmer (Rajasthan) on 31/05/2014 wide Bill no RBC15E001150.
I am staying in Beawar approx 62 km from Ajmer.
After changing right hand side mirror when my car going above 80 km/hr a noise (citi/vissel) came in side from mirror at driver end.
More than 5 times (you are checking from the gate pass of Nagaur Automobiles) I go to service station they are not able to Handel this matter and last they says we are not able to do.
The Bill copy Attched here with.
Kindly look into the matter and solve my problem as early as possible

Damaged New Car

I have purchased a new Mahindra Quanto top model for which i got delivery on 2nd nov 2012....on 4th nov while i was driving two tyres got burst and even there was a diesel leakage at the same time...i got saved as i controlled the car or i would have banged it badly...I purchased it from Nbs International - chowpatty and called them and delivered it by Towing to their workshop at Reay Road by Paying 1000 ruoees...Next day my driver had gone and dey informed dat dey would reply us after the report comes the same day...after several calls i did not got reply for 4 days...lastly ther manager Amit Choudhary and Sudhir Informed dat dey could only relace the tyres and fix the leakagae problem...Now i have fear dat if it happens again so i demanded a replacement so they told dat we Are replacing yours otherwise we dont as if its not company fault....
I need Help to get a New car instead of DAT

I am sure you got an old vehicle as new. I bet you that M&M will not answer your queries and never your problems solved. M&M is a cheating company.

After a long wait i got my Mahindra Quanto C4 Vehicle from Shiva Auto Mobiles Trichy.
The Following are the promises made by Mr.Vijay Anand Branch Manager Shiva Auto Mobiles Thanjavur Division.
1.Prompt Delivery of the Vehicle in due time and Date in Good condition.
2.Vehicle will be Water washed, Garlanded and prayer don as per customer will.
3.Tank will be filled with 20 Liters of Diesel.
4.During Vehicle delivery company will offer sweet packet to the customer.
5.Vehicle operation not properly explained
6.Misguided by the vehicle delivering authorities.
7.I complained about door noise. He promised me he will make it clear during delivery of vehicle
Sir i want to bring the truth what happened to me
1.I fixed my date of Registration on 14/02/2013 but my Vehicle got registered on 15/02/2013.The company BM told me he will water wash the vehicle and garland and bring for registration but it was not done so.
2.The company person promised me that he will do water service, Garland the vehicle.But the vehicle was brought to my house in a dirty condition.The company person made water wash at my home and emptied my house water tank.
3.The diesel in the Tank was empty.The diesel indicator was below the red marking and i found the light glowing and i was not explained about the risk getting air locked. The diesel present in the tank was only 3 liters.
4.No sweet packets offered.
5.The mechanical details and usage not explained fully.
6.Jack liver missing
7.The door noise was not rectified
Mahindra is one of the reputed Indian company in India. i expect good customer care at the time of Delivery and i request you to take action against this fault and help me to get back the things which are not given to me

Mahindra Quanto — Engine stop in running condition suddenly
We have send 4 times our vehicle no GJ 6 FK 0425 in our local service station MM Vora in baroda Gujarat for above complaint but still problem persist. we are not satisfied with the service provided by your service station. If problem is not solved we request for replacement of vehicle. Helpful
