The digital meter is having some problems,like inspite of switching off the bike the digital meter continues flashing thereby draining off the battery. I've been with the bike to the service centre asking them to look into the matter, but it's been more than a month now inspite of visiting the service centre a couple of times they just told us that they dont have any digital meter in stock. If the company cannot provide proper service why have they opened up service centres for?
Your Dealer in vasai has one of the pathetic sales staff whose job is just to make false commitment. They actually need a lesson or 2 in customer service and sales. I dont think a brand like Mahendra would have people like this.

Do not even visit the parnaka office idelly pick up vehicle from any sub dealer 200Rs. difference is worth investing that spending 2000Rs.

RAJEEV NO RESPONSE, FIRST SERVICE WAS DONE , STILL 25KMPER LITRE MILEGE IS GIVING, PICK IS NOT GOOD. I PURCHASED RODEO BECAUSE OF BRAND NANE OF MAHINDRA, I WAS DISAPPOINTED

    I have purchased Mahindra Rodeo (Blue colour)on 7 July of 2010 from Nangia Motors, Dhantoli, Nagpur. Manuals of vehicle not given, when I asked them they said they have not received the manuals from the company. Right side panel color is different from the rest of the body color, when I have registered the comlaint they said that is Mahindra Companies fault, they stated that "they have received the few vechile with the same right side panel color problem" and till now they have not replaced. One more important note that first they are using the vehicle for demo purpose and the used vehicle they are selling to the customer without their knowledge. Milleage is not up to the mark. 35/kmpl is the highest on long drive average. I have registered the complaint for the average problem again they said that is also the companies fault, we can not help you out. They assure me that after first servicing it will increase but no change after servicing also.

    Note : Before purchasing they convience the customer that average of vehicle is 50kmpl - 55 kmpl and after purchasing they...

    Please do not buy Mahindra Rodeo from Nangia Motors.

      we are dissatisfied with the sevices of rodeo scooter , and the patrol indicator of scooter ,some times it shows empty of patrol & sometimesafter 10 minutes it shows 30% in tank.. it misguide us and got problems from it...the worker at service center don't have propare knowledge of the settings and facilities of scooter... they don't know about it's features, too.. so. plz take actions & improve ur service center

      Dear sir,
      i had brought mahindra radeo scooter from panvel, navi mumbai delars show room, (navneet) i had been said lot abt this scooter, but after running of 192 km, i have to take it to service centre, and problem what I face was battery water or acid leakage and fuel indicator was not showing fuel tank level, .
      after giving scooter to service centre at panvel, was been called next day all leakage and fuel indicator was found to be ok at that time when was taking scooter to home but after riding for next few KM again battery leaked and which is corrieding the rest bottom part of scooter.
      The show room person also not cooperative with customer as I had taken scooter on 3 rd oct still it is been not register with RTO and when I called show room after two days of delivery its was told, they will call me for RTO registration, but I didn't receive any call, they are giving bike that way to all customer, when I went for problem what I was facing and asked they told me to deposit document which they didn't told me in beging, and delar him self is not cooperative as I feel very bad in selecting your company scooter, , , , , I hope u do the need full for sorting out all problem .

      I have a mahindra rodeo within service period and my battery is damaged but i am not getting any service
      I have purchased the worst Mahindra RODEO on September 2010, from
      Silcon 2 wheelers, near akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam from the begining
      my vehicles' Milage is giving only 20 to 25 KMPL where as I have been asured
      by the your centre for 45-50 KMPL at the time of purchase. I had given
      my vehicle to Silcon 2 wheelers, near akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam for
      4 to 5 time but still they could not resolve the issue. Presently I am
      getting 23 to 24 KMPL, which is really irritating me, and when I asked
      the service incharge at Silcon 2 wheelers, near akkayyapalem,
      Visakhapatnam, he states that the company did not provide them the
      proper learning of the Rodeo, so they are not in a position to solve
      the issue. I had made several complaints during 1st, 2nd 3rd & 4th
      services. but surprisingly no trained mechanic is nominated in the
      service centres to do proper service to RODEO. During the services
      they are simply washing the vehicle, Changing the Lubricant OIL, and
      only cleaning the spark plug. During the hot days where as the rates of
      Petrol is Hiking day by day and M/s Mahindra is Making fools to the
      customers about their vehicles.Please do needful justification to me
      by returning the vehicle and return back my amount as you have cheeted
      the customer or rectify the vehicle and arrange for a milage of 40-45
      KMPL. I will wait for 15 days from to day and decided to proceed to
      consumer court with some other RODEO customers who are suffering like

      My sincier advice to the two wheeler seekers that dont purchase RODEO.
      M/s Mahindra is cheeting the Public & They are giving an assurence of
      45 - 50 KMPL for RODEO. But The vehicle is giving only 20- 25 KMPL.

      This is to inform u that on 2nd august, 2011, I purchased a Rodeo from one of the mahindra showroom in Mathura.Now its not working properly.Its creating problem in starting up.Its very disgusting that how a newly purchased vehicle can create such a problem.The dealer is also not responding towards my complaint.Its my request to plz look into the matter.

      If you want a two wheeler with a milage of 20-25 KMPL, then immediatly purchase Mahindra RODEO
      If you want a two wheeler which will obstruct even a small BUMP Head, then immediatly purchase Mahindra RODEO., beacuse stand of RODEO is designed in such a way that it is Obstructiing even 1" height Bump heads, & Service engineers are raised their hands for rectify the same beaacuse it is totally

        MILLAGE AND DIGITAL METER ISSUE

        Greetings,

        I purchased the Mahindra RODEO on October 30, 2009, from Surya 2 wheelers, near ESI Hospital, Hyderabad. from the begining my vehicles' Digital meter is not at working properly, some times it indicates as if there is no petrol and some time automatically it indicates as if the petrol is full, and the millage is not at all giving, I had given my vehicle to Surya 2 wheelers for 4 to 5 time but still they could...
