I want to foreclose my Mahindra home loan

I want to foreclose my Mahindra home loan. But that company is telling me to pay my full 7 years EMI. I only took a loan of 150000. But now if I want to foreclose, they are asking for a settlement of 163000. But I have already paid 120000 till now. My load ID is 1314684.
