I placed a prepaid order last month and still haven't received it.
Upon asking several times, Dinesh said on call that you have to pay extra 2650 for some GPS technical issue.
I asked to first initiate the mail to which he declined.
I lost my money....

I made a purchase on August 8th, and they said they would deliver the item in two weeks. I made the payment online. There was no further answer until today (2nd October). When I use WhatsApp to submit a question, I can see that they read it and choose to disregard it. There are other options available to us if they don't have the product, but this is the absolute cheapest approach.

I received a defective and a wrong sized product from the company. Even after raising this issue towards the owner and multiple attempts to contact there was no response from the owner.

I am ready to bear the exchange amount and everything but there is no solution or response.
