Dear Sir, myself Vasanti Varadarajan this sideand I belong to Gurgaon. Me and my daughter are in Mumbai as my daughter is doing internship in the city. While trying to find a PG accommodation for my daughter, they came across a contact called Anurag Mishra who has a PG as per makaan.com and connected with me as i have registered for PG in Chembur. His number is[protected] and after taken 2000 from me for registration asked mr to connect...

There is a fake property by the name Divya PG in lower parel mumbai which as per makaan.com is very good for pg purpose. On contacting them they instead of showing property to the people ask you to pay 1500 for visitor pass and did not give any detail about the whereabouts of the property and asking why they are not shared the pass, asked for inr 8000 more for registration. How one can spend money without seeing the property and which PG should ask for visitors charges and money in advance. Kindly block it.

At the time of taking the flat through their listed seller on rent there was an offer of claiming the cash reward of getting brokerage back.

however at the time of remittance the makaan.com team said the offer has gone in feb'17 and i have taken the house on rent during march'17,

I tried explaining them that i have contacted their seller on feb'2017 itself and finalized the property & Also the offer is still live in their webpage, but they won't budge.

I was committed 1300 fast listings+5 mailers.
I hv received 1000 listings.

*300 listings r pending

*5 mailers r pending

*300 listings hv bn reduced frm my total balance listings recently

*Expiry date is 15th feb, 16( bought d listings on 14th oct)

Meenakshi is nt picking up d calls n is just giving false dates to resolve it...

Is ds d service gvn to dealers( m wd makaan. Com since last 4 yrs)?

Wn will i gt all d abv resolved?

Else i will b forced to share my reviews n pathetic experience wd few forums n groups.

Dear All, My self ganesh kadam. i have done payment for makaan.com regarding package for online promotion (real estate advertise) of rs.15000/- dated 22/09/2015 Invoice No.28707. (Advertise package of 500 + 150 advertise for 2 year period). I have used only 139 listing from that package now they discontinued my package & their executive not receiving my calls. They cheated me so i don't want any service from them & refund of my payment. Also i have sending all official email communication from makaan.com regarding this transition. Hi sir i purchased listing package with booster listing in aug 2015 but i d'not have exact information about my package and responses when i try to contact concern person then she (Santosh Suryavanshi) ignored my call and when i tried to call again and again then her junior called me (raj) then i log in my id and i found incorrect information about my contact number and email id so i very much disapointed with makaan.com. Some day before I get a mailer from makaan.com. I accedently click on it and closed immediatly. But last few days I get multiple calls from there. they said that you have enquired a property from makaan.com. How did they get my personal information like my mobile numbers and email id. I always ask them that I would not enquired any property but they always calls. So what can I do.

Hello all, It is to bring to your notice that a company named Makaan.com Pvt Ltd, Previously under the name of People Interactive Pvt.Ltd aka People Group, having brands like Shaadi .Com. the company ensures a response on the listed properties, but unfortunately gives nothing!! Simply nothing!! Even if some one applies for the property updates he/she receives nothing!! Purely a company with no ethics and moral nor any business sense. Comparatively I received far better response from Magic Bricks and even 99 acers. Hence I request you to take collective measures on the company and the consumers, builders and real estate agents to be aware of such organizations and not hope anything from it.
