Last week our sir took trip to mahabaleshwar. Highly disappointing agency. Iski vajah se humare sir ko bahot taklee[censored]thani padi. Hume bataya gaya tha ki 3 log ek room me rahenge. Inhone to hotel change kiya hi lekin hume 5 log ko ek room me rehna pada. Inhe to award milna chahiye aisi service provide karne ke liye. Upar se sir ko takleef hui vo alag unhone sirf hamare liye sab kuch seh liya lekin agar chance mila na inko sabak sikhaneka...

Third class experience with this agency. I did booking for 150 students for mahableshwar trip including 2 brkfast, 2 lunch, 2 dinner, stay with triple occupancy. But in logo ne jis hotel k sath deal ki usme next day lunch or dinner karaya hi nhi. Sabhi occupancy 4/5 karai. 5 students ek room me kaise rhe honge hume hi malum. Jis hotel k liye meri deal thi bahasa to inhone booking bhi nhi ki. Isliye last moment par jo hotel diya usme muze...

Make fun trip is the worst travel agency. This is a fraud company, its owner, name-samar abbas is cheat who knows nothing but to grab money every now and then. He threatened my family an i by saying he would slap me and my son if report about him. He also said that if we report about him to the police nothing would happen to him, his words were in a threatening tone-"karke dekh le". He grabbed double the amount as promised before the trip...

Samar abbas the cheater...He cheated me please guys don't make booking with this ###.He taken money and went away..With giving excesses that he is in manali etc.We have made payment for our trip but he did not booked any of the hotel and we tried to contact almost 200 times but never given reply to any phone call..Or of my messages on whats app also tried to contact but this cheater didn't have any courage to pickup my call...Please...

Make fun trip is the worst travel company operating from delhi, recently i booked a travel package for my family members (15) for a uttarakhand package for 7d/8d. We agreed upon a complete package, as per package travel agent suppose to booked 3* hotel and provided hotel voucher. I got shocked all hotels booked sub 3*, when i enquired they said that eventhough sub 3* hotel are good quality and agreed to change the hotel even during check-in...
