Manappuram perala branch 523157 i am the customer of manappuram. Since 8 days going to manappuram to gold lone no responsibility on customers and they r saying scanner is not working printer is not working like so many resons they saying. 1 or 2 days repair. But last 8 days they r saying repeatet words. Todya also i went to mannappuram same problem

Dear team,
Its been more than 20+ times i called your yousufguda krishna nagar branch to update my mobile number from [protected] to [protected]. I am premchand. K customer with manappuram since more than a year. Recently i moved to chennai from hyderabad. And recently due to network issue with aircel i am unable to access any otp for transaction using my manappuram mobile app. Its been multiple branches of manappuram i visited in chennai to update my mobile number. Every time they denied doing and asking me to call yousuf guda branch in hyderabad to change the number from [protected] to [protected]
Manappuram branch address: 8-3-23/f/62, srinagar colony main rd, sri krishna nagar, yousufguda, hyderabad, telangana 500045
Hours: open ⋅ closes 7:30pm

No body bothered to revert me back. Nearly 20+ times i called you believe me or not. I requested in whats app[protected] also very politely to call me back and explained my situation. The guy who is using this number not bothered to revert me back, one time okay, he may be busy i tried more than 20+ times.
I even tried updating my mobile number from mobile app. There is two times they denied accepting and asked me to contact my branch yousufguda people.
People should understand for changing my mobile number i am suffering like a hell here, u guys not even bothered to revert me back.
I will await for your reply manapurram team to change my mobile number. If there is no revert from ur side. I will lodge a fir agaqinst you guys for mistreating a customer like this.
I am an working employee will not get time to visit branch every time and on sundays manappuram will not open. I am unable to use my mobile application for opting loan/for paying interest due/ for paying part payment etc. Because of this i am feeling disturbed and u guys not responding.
What this guy[protected] is working for reserve bank of india or what to believe that he is so busy for responding to 20+ calls of mine.
Keep customer etiquette values and respect people.

sir am working in manappuram fin ltd . actually here this company workers are facing lots of problems against non reason issues . here no one have right to ask about because of one day leave means 2 day salary will cut . Sunday holiday in all manappuram but if we take leave on Saturday and Sunday means they will cut four day salary so plz help us . nearly 26000 employees are facing this problem

pledge in my name

i have pledge a gold in the year jun 2010 and release the same on Jan 2011 after long time mannapuram subanapalaya branch banswadi r telling that u have pledged a gold for 28000.00 person from same branch have misused my id proof and pledge a gold in my name photo also dose not belong to me and signature also not mine i went personally and submitted a letter copy and taken acknowledgement from branch again they r sending me a notice here in my office address.

Iam writing this mail with regards complaint on the manager fromRamamurthy Nagar Branch Bangalore:560043,We had pledged
Neckales,Pledge no:[protected],Released on 13/12/2011,Pearl was
missing on the neckales,Manager says that he is not responsible for
it,So he humiliated my mother on this.He does not deserve to be a

employees are asked to pay bill of water used in toilet

i am maitra.babaleshwar jr.asistant from rajaji nagar 1st block.in our branch we are charged Rs 36 per person for water used in toilet.
total number of staff are 15. hence Rs 540 is chared for the employees which divided among all.
I am really very unhappy with this system. we are working for manappuram.only during office time we use water only in toilet not for our daily house hold purpose.
Please do the needfull.

you told that you are working for manappuram. You are not giving free service to manappuram for the work that you are doing they are giving the good renumeration to you for each work you doing they are giving incentives for you. Why you wont think abt your incentives, allowances and salary before writing this thing to the public? Comparing to incentives and allowances this 36 is only below than 1 by 10th of your incentives, not your salary. The internet which you used for complaint this matter is also the money of manappuram. So dont put this type of matters in the internet. If you have any complaint please contact the grievance cell at [protected]@manappuram.com

It's not the matter of money of Rs 36. As you said, i am not giving free service to manappuram. it's quit abvious that i take salary. they pay me incentives for
the work i have done they are not giving me anything free, they are paying for the work i have done.facilities should be given to the employees. And i think this is a very basic facility which should be provided by company.

well vishal dont fool around as all staff knws hw well d company is with d employees may b u wanna gain some extra notice thn pardon me, as per my concern i[censored] get or face and serious accident or sicknessand dont go office for 1 days thn ur name disappears frm staf[censored]nless u r malayali n hv links wit d H.O, i hv seen more then 2 guys leaving jbb with such issues and suspended wit such issues, no doubt it gives incentives and such facilities bt it still does need more changes towards staff and i[censored] honestly ask every staff personally u vl knw d real world of exploitation so better open ur eyes wide next time before doing chamchagiri of this company

When I come and get it working experience certificate at that the time one persion sijil only speaking to mine he is shouting to him. why they was shouting to mine am working in 13 month that so only am i asking working experience certificate he is telling u dont come to office my department didnt gave to working experience certificate who is that persion why that persion asking to mine…….any of my side is any mistake is there please Clarifying
