Placed order on company website on[protected], for rs 8780, order number DK2EAQ.
numerous query remains unanswered .
neither primary company or delivery partner answering redressal....

I have return the product with tags and the product quality was not upto the mark that's why I returned it and it was used as well and now the company is saying that it has failed the quality checks so we are reaching the product back I don't want that product I want my money back please refund my money as soon as possible it will be a loss for me .

Hi. I have ordered a mango sunglasses from MANGO INDIA, a online shopping site.when i got its delievery i found that the sunglasses were packed in a plastic box instead of its original mango case. It was not possible to carry it in a plastic box. As when we buy products like sunglasses from stores we always get its case with it. mango is a international brand and they originate or operate from BARCELONA SPAIN. I called them up on their customer care no.for my complaint so they said you have to return the product to us via our free home collection service and we will return it back to you with its case. Then they made a free home collection and i sent my sunglasses to them.now its been more then a week and there is no sign of getting my product back.i am constantly sending them mails but not getting their appropriate reply. I want my sunglasses back with its mango case asap. HELP My order no. Is A35WSJ.
