I want refund...

I bought 2 tickets from sector 17, CHD, TDI jagat mall on 28/08/21.’The girl at the ticket window said that you will get tickets via msg on phone.I kept waiting but I did not get any msg due to which I missed my show timings but I have paid INR 360 for that…now either refund my money or provide some show timings....
