Mr Sumit Kumar from Mantra relocation services is completely fraud and liar, , He took full payment in advance from me and said my house hold goods will be delivered in 2 weeks, it took almost a month for the goods to be delivered and when the truck arrived I asked the driver when the goods were loaded, driver said goods were loaded just 5 days ago so it means Mr Sumit kept lying to me that whole time. And on top of that when goods arrived most of things were damaged and my TV 32" is missing. When I asked him he said he will look for it or he will pay for the TV now it's again more than a month since delivery neither I have recieved money or my TV.He is not even answering my phone now...Never use this local service ever guys, , trust me pay a little extra but go for genuine and branded services.

He picked up my activa on Friday & promised will deliver on Sunday. But he is not responding professionally . He is threating & demanding extra money. He is misbehaving & harassing.

He took my Honda activa PB 10 CL 7329 for transit from Gurgaon to Delhi. He picked up on 9th December and promised to deliver on 11th December. But after taking the vehicle, he stopped responding my calls. Now 5 days had gone and I have no where abouts of my vehicle.
At the time of pick up, he said that I have to pay when he will share the pic of packing and loading the vehicle into truck. But no pics shared till now. And now he is using foul language.

Booked my Honda activa to transit from Gurgaon to Ajmer dated 9th December. Till now no where about of the vehicle. After taking vehicle from me, this person stopped taking calls. He promised to deliver the vehicle next day. He said that he will share the photos of vehicle when packing and loading in the truck but no such pictures shared.
Even he started using foul language on regularly asking. As per him, I had to pay him after loading photos shared.
But, no photos shared and he is misbehaving and asking for money without giving where about of my vehicle.
Now, I am stuck up. Please help me to get out of this .

I booked services from Myntra cargo relocation services, Mr Sumit Kumar contacted me and took the responsibility for delivery and shifting household goods from Delhi to Guwahati and quoted 27000 plus gst and insurance. After they loaded the goods and took the items he sent a bill of 40k including extra charges and GST. It was first time for me so I had no option they had my goods so I had to pay. He confirmed delivery in 7 days and then extended by another 7 days, now it's more than 2 weeks I am still waiting. I am really worried and stressed right now. Please do something if anything possible.

I booked mantra relocation services for shifting goods from Delhi to Guwahati, Mr Sumit Kumar contacted me and took the responsibility and initial amount he quoted was 27000 plus the gst and insurance however after picking up my goods he increased the total cost by adding extra charges to 40000. I had no choice other than paying as it was first time for me and they had my goods. Mr Sumit confirmed that delivery will happen in 7 days but now its more than 2 weeks no delivery and when I call he don't answer most of the times and when he answers he says its in transit it will be delivered soon. It's going on like that, I am really worried and tensed.Please help and do something if possible.

Dear sir I had query on the no.s [protected] and [protected] and booked for bolero pickup for my cargo shipment from delhi to bhowali from mantra relocation(logistic co) and made advance booking amount of Rs 4000(payment screen shot attached) on 26 sep 2022to the concerned person.

After making payment OF Rs 4000 from my side, than till 29 sep 2022 i have not received any type of invoice or booking quotation from cargo relocation/opposite party for confirmation, so i have cancelled the booking and inform the same to the no [protected] and mail to the above mail id [protected]@myntracargorelocation.com and demand for refund but after mail neither no.s pick up my call nor any reply from opposite party to my mail id.screen shot of calling details attached.
MANTRA RELOCATION NEITHER GIVE REPLY TO JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO AND CONSUMER COMMISSION NOR TO ME.PLEASE TAKE AN APPROPRIATE ACTION SO THAT IN FUTURE NO ANY OTHER PERSON BECOME VICTIM OF MANTRA RELOCATION.

I booked my bike in April with Mantra Relocation and I was in touch with Sumit Dahiya. He is a totally fraud. He asked me more money after item received in their store .They are using courier service for delivery and they will deliver the items as per their convenience. They will not listen to you.i am requesting plz take action against him.

I booked my household from Delhi to Himachal Pradesh in March with Mantra Relocation and I was in touch with Sumit Dahiya. He is a totally fraud. He asked me more money almost double what was agreed and quoted to deliver my household. They are using courier service for delivery and they will deliver the items as per their convenience. They will not listen to you and you keep chasing them but no postive response. My items was delivered after 10 days of the delivery date. The most of the items were broken and few items were not there. 2 gas cylinders one full and one empty, samsung laptop charger, BP operatus, 5 kids school bags, 5 nursey school books, baby toys and teddie bear these items were not delivered by this company. Im chasing them since march but Sumit is saying they don't have my items but the people who packed my items they are saying they packed all these items from my home and keep it in thier warehouse. Now they are not answering my calls and they blocked my number as well.

He is such a fraud. He stolen my goods n not replying.he blocked my number.

I have booked by bike on 07th April for transit from Faridabad to Manali from Mantra relocation and POC from Transport company was Sumit Dhaiya M: +91 [protected].
The delivery commitment is for 10th April but it was not yet delivered, after calling him several times from by number he responded on watsap that due to some family issues he cant talk and bike will be delivered on 11th April, I was fine with that.
From 11th April evening he is not responding to my calls, last evening 12th April I called him from random number and he said bike is not yet reached Manali and somewhere between Delhi- Manali..
I asked him for senior or owner details, he gave me the name of Mr. Amit Tandon but denied to share the contact details as he is the only one who is taking care for everyhing. he said do whatever you need to do and bike will be deliver once the transport facility will be available from that location.
I paid him 6200/- for transporation charges.

Seems that I have been stuck in middle of nowhere now with this guy.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT

I had booked my house hold items via Mantra Relocation (address plot no. 110, Near Maruti Gate no. 1, Sector 18, Gurgaon - 122 022 on 6th March 2022 to Thane (Maharashtra). The person with whom i was in touch was Sumit Dhaiya mobile no. [protected]. After taking my goods he told me the cost of transfer of goods would be 6500/- and after 10 days he asked me more 3000 Rs saying extra GST amount and insurance need to be paid otherwise my goods will not be delivered, as i didnt had any other choice i paid the balance amount also. After paying the full amount in cash also i got my goods after one month today after daily follow ups with him on 8th April via Delhivery and also my Sound system is not there in the box which was packed in front of me. This is a clear case of theft. Please whosoever see this complaint do not book your goods from Mantra relation i have mentioned the address and contact number also of the person.
