superb company work with good ethics and i had personally completed my career training from margdarshak and it was so good that i learnt every single thing that they taught me its really helpful for my career.

I had enrolled for trainer cum career advisor role in May 2019. I Had to go through the 15 weeks training in which I had to cover 15 modules, 15 activities and 15 practicals. To be true, modules were lengthy and practicals included interaction with students, parents and school heads but all efforts are worth it. At present I am able to convert atleast 5 leads in a month and easily earn 90000/- per month by sitting at home. Additionally I earn though career assessment of students and other options given by CERTC.
Its so sad to see how some people are stating that CERTC is fake and fraud which is completely wrong. These people are those who want to get fruit without putting any effort in the training. Guys do not mislead people if you were not competent.

margdarshak is a good company as they have very advance tools and skill to make people aware there hidden qualities and there best work interest.i also want to recommend to other for the service i have taken form this org. staff is very nice and polite they have very good team of trainer who help in each and every step whenever i face any problem.

I have personally been involved with Margdarshak career linked, initially as a student and later as a faculty member. The processes are streamlined and the management is considerate and cares for the students and staff . The teaching methods are an experience in itself not only as a student but also as a tutor. Keep it up

seems some people didn't have a great experience with margdarshak team which is surprising. Nevertheless, i advise the management to listen to the grievances (which i am sure they must be doing also) . It will add to the brand image.

I dont agree with the complaint above as i have had a fantastic experience working with Margdarshak careerlinked education. Very supportive accommodating management.

I am wondering at this complaint as my other colleagues have never complained . Rather they are working there for as long as 3-4 years now.

Rajendra singh owner of margdarshak careerlinked company is big fraud man .he has spoiled many people career by telling lies and after taking money he will block his mobile number .he has appointed Ritu sarkar, Manimala, Manju who are expert in telling lies and after taking money they do cheating so be aware of such company and serious action should be taken and should be punished by law god know why no action has been taken against rajendra singh inspite of knowing fact

Rajendra singh is very cheap and fraud man.he does have capacity to pay salary and he appoint people and teach them how to beg money by telling lies and after getting money he block there mobile number and use very cheap language on phone.he has trained his tellecaller manimala, manju, ritu how to beg money by telling lies and do false commitment of giving franchisee.before it is very late and many people fall under false commitment and spoil there career rajendra singh should be caught and punished by law.so that other people will be benefited and dont invest there hard earned money id this fraud company.

Margdarshak career counselling (CERTC) is a big fraud and cheat. Students, parents, teachers, freshers, prospective HR and career professionals please stay away from it. They only know how to take money from you without giving any proper service. Pramod Kumar is the biggest fraud and hypocrite I have ever seen. Megha, Nisha, Priyanka and Ashwini all are frauds and cheaters. Pramod Kumar don't even know how to talk and is very rude, unethical and unprofessional.

I know many people who were selected for HR and were requested by Margdarshak to take cloud telephony from mtelsoft (people don't know that mtelsoft is actually owned by Margdarshak only) and as soon as they paid Rs. 3, 500 /— their account was deactivated or Margdarshak stopped answering all their calls and emails. And if you tell Margdarshak to cut the cloud telephony charge from their next month's salary, they will never do it. They will tell that you will have to pay for cloud telephony now only and it cannot be cut from next month's salary. Such fraud and cheaters. And after you are recruited as HR you will have to in turn call people and recruit them as HR or CCP by making them fools and giving them false promises. You will have to again convince them to buy cloud telephony and thus the chain of recruitment and making fools of innocent people will go on. So this is just a very cheap and unethical way by Margdarshak to market their cloud telephony.

I request all to please call me on [protected] so that I can guide and prevent innocent people from falling prey to such fraud and fake company Margdarshak.

Many parents have also told me that they had paid online for getting career counselling for their children but as soon as they paid online their account was deactivated and Margdarshak stopped answering all their calls and emails. Margdarshak should be really ashamed of cheating innocent students and parents.

And those people who want to undergo training and become career counselors also beware of Margdarshak. You have to give test by paying Rs. 600 for each 15 theory papers and the test is so tough with negative markings that it's very difficult to pass the test and you will have to regive the tests again by paying Rs. 600 again. By the time you pass the theory test of all 15 modules, you would have paid Rs. 18, 000. After completing the theory tests, activities and practicals, you will be told to purchase cloud telephony whose monthly charge is Rs. 3, 500 and as soon as you buy cloud telephony, your account will be deactivated and Margdarshak will stop answering all your calls and emails.

More over Margdarshak promises in their Job Description for career professional that you will be provided minimum 5 leads daily. But again this is not the case. You can take only one lead at a time and only after converting it you can take another lead for career counselling. Converting one lead will take weeks. First of all, 100% of the leads will tell you that they have never applied for career counselling. So it's just like cold calling asking persons over phone to take personal loan or buy insurance.

So in a nutshell, Margdarshak career counselling is a big fraud and cheat. And never buy cloud telephony. Students, parents, teachers, prospective HR and career professionals please stay away from Margdarshak career counselling.
