I have a complaint of your pathanamthitta royal Enfield service.your service is very poor and Also the interaction, behaviour of service advisors with customers is very bad.your staffs are irresponsible idiots they don't have any manners respect to any of the customers, now I'm servicing my bike in st'marys motors Thiruvalla, comparing to st Mary's your service is very very poor.
Please take necessary action for your better future....

I have booked a Bullot on 13.01.2016 ( CR/5502) (Order No. 48134). I was inquired about the bike frequently. On 16.04.2016 the dealer ask me to remits the entire amount of the Bike. I do so and they have agreed to delver the same on Wednesday. After noon of that day they said that the bike received here is some scratches in the petrol tank. It is not true. but they deliver the bike to another fellow on Friday morning. this is cheating from...
