I’ve been constantly trying to reactivate my marrow account which got suspended merely 5 minutes after I subscribed to plan c. this is just horrendous that you would treat your own customer like this. After I paid the money, you suspended my account I wasn’t even able to watch one video. So just reactivate my account or I’ll have to take strict actions against your company

My marrow account got blocked due to incomplete KYC verification. I had already uploaded my documents ( aadhar) in the app but it got blocked. I have mailed the legal team and no response yet...

I have submitted my documents for kyc verification agian and again it was showing failed and today in the morning my account has been blocked please ask them to unblock becasue I have my exams nearby I am really worries please help me as soon as possible...

I am a pro c user . I have brought 36 months package . I had uploaded documents for kyc but was rejected again and again . And yesterday my account got blocked .I have sent mail to the legal team, but haven’t received any response from them . I am really worried about this because I have my exams nearby and I need this to be resolved as soon as possible...

I had sent my Maharashtra medical council permanent registration for verification which they have approved last year when I had purchased the plan. Somehow it couldn't verify this time after extension of plan and my account it shows that my marrow account is blocked permanently.
I have mailed my aadhar card details to marrow legal team. Please tell them to verify the same.
Im exam going next month and...

Marrow account has been blocked but after my many email sent to marrow they are not Unblocking.. So what is this sir. I have purchased plan c of rs 43000 but still i was done with kyc but still they blocked my account. So please look into it

I cannot access marrow app it says account/device is blocked, I haven’t shared nor misused the app.I have tried kyc update but no signs of verification.

I have been renewed this account 2 months ago.suddenly today they showed an mail which states that due to incomplete kyc verification account got blocked..However for previous 15-20 days I am submitting the govt authorised ID proof but it does not get verified due to unknown reason ..I have mailed them multiple times but still no response from their side..
I am getting scared and confused...It's taking a lot of money to subscribe it once..I am never expecting such kind of attitude from them..

I am marrow pro plan c user... after buying app For 26500Rs...I done the KYC but still due to some bug in the app it still shows your KYC is incomplete...Now since 5 days the marrow team has blocked my account due to this KYC reason.. I am emailing them number of times but they are not responding... I again done my KYC but still it shows pending neither they are confirming it and only blocked my account... I am medical student and in severe need of this app..please help me out.. marrow team is not replying to my mails... Bought this app by name Shubham Urkudaji Meshram...Phone no. [protected]... My account is blocked since 3 September 2020...Marrow team told they will not unblock unless your verification is complete but it’s taking too long... They are not even responding...
